    I have been using it for 1 month to make bread without trying anything else. For this use, it is excellent. Note that for this use, the pot must be preheated well (250 degrees) in the oven before the dough is placed. If this is done, the bread does not stick at all and you do not need any oil or flour to sprinkle! The construction quality is good.

    I rarely wash it, as the bread leaves no residue. If I need to wash it, I burn it again empty, let it dry well, and that's it.

    It seems to also work for induction cooktops, it heats up normally, but I have not tried cooking anything this way.

    Update: The bread it produces this way is 850g (500g flour, 200g fresh yeast, 350g water in the dough). I think it can even go up to a kilogram.
