Super Health Premium Omegas 3:6:9 softgels contain 1000 mg of organic cold-pressed flaxseed oil per capsule. The oil provides ALA (alpha-linolenic acid, omega 3), LA (linoleic acid, omega 6) and OA (oleic acid, omega 9), and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of ALA, 120 mg of LA and 150 mg of OA. The recommended use is 1 capsule up to twice daily with a meal.
