Within the warranty period (2 years), both the first one I bought and the second one I got as a replacement broke down, and a few days ago, the third toaster I got as a replacement for the second one under warranty also broke down. It has a problem with the heating elements. The worst. Stay away. Shame for the company.

Lightweight construction.... Construction materials 7/10... so far, one month of operation, it responds correctly..

The build quality is relatively good by today's standards. If you had told me ten years ago, it would have been of cheap construction!!! All good

First baking perfect, in the second the plastic parts caught fire, it was returned to the store and another brand was purchased, shame on the company!!!

Unfortunately, it kept tripping the fuses constantly.
I even tried it in the bedroom to make sure it wasn't the outlet!
I just wish my product was defective, what can I say?!
It wasn't even cheap, something less than 60€ was spent!

I am really sorry about this toaster which stopped working after the first 5-6 toastings. Unfortunately, it was the weekend and out of frustration, I opened it to see if I could fix it. I found out that the thermostat's bulb had burned out, which stops the entire operation of the toaster. Of course, there is no replacement part available. The toaster is now useless, and I cannot ask for a replacement. So, I ordered the corresponding GRUPPE toaster for an additional 20€, which, from what I saw up close, has no comparison in terms of build quality with this PYREX one. It's a shame because such poor quality products involve a decent store like APOTHEMA, from which I have had no complaints so far.

The worst toaster I have ever seen in my life... More fake construction than a cheap children's toy and with the most dysfunctional opening that can exist. I wonder who from the manufacturing company allowed the product to be released and at this price, moreover. Unacceptable!!!

While initially excited about the purchase I made, seeing the toast/sandwiches being cooked in the plug and play, and crispy and all fine, suddenly in the 5th/6th month it stopped working. While the light was on, the toaster never heated up. It has never happened to me before. Disappointment and low rating

Good at the beginning, but:
Difficult to clean with the deep plates.
After a few uses, the bottom plate stops heating properly, so it doesn't cook correctly and everything sticks to the bottom plate.
Practically useless after a few times.

In terms of temperature and intensity, it's fine. It heats up quickly and sufficiently. But... in terms of construction, it's garbage. Fake plastic, lightweight metals, and poor assembly. It has two "spacers" on the right side and a height selector that supports the top part so it can cook without putting all the weight on the food. Convenient and was actually a main reason for purchasing, but its poor construction doesn't keep the top part parallel to the bottom, causing it to lean to the left due to low-quality plastic hinges. I returned it and with a little extra money, I chose a Gruppe one which is day and night.
