The Manfrotto MOVE MVAQR quick-release system lets you secure and remove the plate quickly by rotating the ring. It is designed for use with tripod heads, sliders, tripods and stabilizers, and works with Manfrotto’s MOVE ecosystem of support products.
The circular plate has a 1/4"-20 mounting screw and storage space for a 3/8"-16 ring adapter. Its mechanism prevents the head or device mounted on it from unscrewing.
