The XL Perform Tools TX XL snow socks can be fitted and removed in about 3 minutes, while their fabric construction provides grip on snow and ice. They are intended for passenger vehicles weighing under 2 tonnes and for occasional use in emergency conditions, over short distances and at speeds of up to 40 km/h. They are suitable for vehicles with limited clearance between the wheel and the wheel arch.

Use them only on snow or ice, not on dry roads, and fit them in pairs, at least on the drive wheels. After fitting, drive about 100 m to centre them; check their position again after approximately 1 km. Remove them before leaving the vehicle parked for an extended period. After use, wash them and store them dry. They cannot be repaired.
