So far, knock on wood, for about 2 years now, it's been just fine. The only problem I face is with their software. It crashes very often and I have to restart it. After many times it becomes ridiculous and annoying. I'm not the only one with this problem, and without the software you can't use SONAR or the other functions you need. I recommend you check out a few reviews for the "SteelSeriesGG" software before buying this brand. Also, for those who don't like the sound of the headset, if you use Sonar, it makes night into day in terms of sound quality.

A second issue is the cushions provided. They are made of leatherette and their lifespan is about a year if you use them daily. They heat up easily and you feel it on your ears. Also, SteelSeries sells replacements but only the leatherette ones for this product.
My opinion here is to buy aftermarket cushions. The best cushions on the market are from "WICKET CUSHIONS." I bought 3 sets in various colors, they are breathable with Hybrid Cooling Gel Infused, some of which you can put in the fridge in the summer to keep them cool on a hot day. "": Hardware 9/10, Software 5/10"". Thank you,

Update 18/05/2026: Going strong, the device is just fine, the software after version 110.0.0 is fixed and works great.

I know that negative comments and bad reviews are always unpleasant. I have had previous models and decided to get these because of the noise canceling feature.

The previous series is flawless, I still use them.

Now, this nova - I have to tell you, I bought them as soon as they were released by the same company, and I returned them because the sound quality is terrible.

So bad that you simply can't play. I still don't know what the problem is, but I spent 10 days testing and working with the steelseries support and achieved nothing.

In detail, the noise canceling is terrible compared to the sonic, for example. They use a small additional speaker on top of the other one and it protrudes like a nose inside the headphones.

The ear cushions are not compatible with the old ones, they are difficult to remove (I couldn't remove them), and there are no alternatives - so you are forced to use the ones they come with, which are made of leatherette - the result is that your ear gets burned in the summer! They are not cool, in other words, quite the opposite.

The battery is also not compatible with the previous one, which means that the additional batteries from the previous model don't work, if you have them, of course.

The screen never turns off - and as known, after a while it will permanently display what it shows...

However, all of this doesn't matter.

What matters is that the decoder for some reason produces a blurry sound in games.
A blurry sound that can't be fixed, not even with an equalizer.

If you listen to music that you don't know, you won't notice it - you only notice it in a game where you no longer hear the environment naturally - but it lacks clarity.

If you connect it with a cable to another decoder, it's okay.

I believe that because it has a very high bit rate and sample rate and only 2 options, it can't be properly supported by the PC.

I had the worst experience with these headphones - countless tests - I wish this problem was only happening to me.

Gift from my wife on BF day at around 260. Sturdy. I would say their software is problematic but it gets an update every 2 weeks if I'm not mistaken, so they support it and will keep supporting it since it's Steelseries' premium line. The only negative construction-wise, which is also subjective, is the ear pads. I spent another 30 euros to get the wicked cushions which are excellent without any doubt. At the price I got them, I recommend them. For 360 - 380 I wouldn't buy them.

I changed 3 headsets this year, first I got the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023, I loved them but they broke after two months, through warranty I got the Logitech G Pro Lightspeed 2, they sounded good but they didn't fit me well, the Arctis Nova Pro that I got now to replace the Logitech fit me perfectly, incredible software, from the DAC you can control some functions of the software and the headset, about the battery yes okay, when they run out you change them but they could do something better in terms of autonomy, the ANC does a really good job to the point that I need the sidetone on to be able to hear the tone of my voice. I was extremely satisfied even though their price is quite steep.

Great headphones.. the microphone might need something better. Now, about isolation. Many complain about noise. These headphones have 6 microphones, 4 perimeter and 2 internal ones which are the speakers. To capture external noises, meaning if someone knocks on your door, you will hear it. Not because of the "poor insulation" from the microphones, as there is a setting to close the microphones. Personally, I leave them open because that's how I know what's happening around me. The sound is quite satisfactory compared to the Arctis Pro Wireless I had before. It's the right sound so as not to deafen you. The bass is also of good quality. The construction is great. The battery lasts a long time. Because it has 2 batteries that you change whenever the one in the headphones runs out and it charges from the DAC. Overall, they are worth their money for a premium product. If you have any other questions, send me a message and I will answer you to the best of my knowledge.

I have changed several headphones, personally I believe it is the best headset purchase I have made. It has settings for almost all popular games, the sound is incredible and you can hear everything. It connects to the mobile phone and lasts for hours of use. I charge the battery every 3 days with 8 hours of daily use.

these are trash. Microphone at a 20 Euro level. The sound is good but not for a 300 Euro headset. The ANC they claim to have is a gimmick. Get the Sony H9 instead if you're looking for something like this. For the same money, it's better to get a separate Dac/Amp (which will last you forever) and a headset in the range of 100-150 Euros, and you will be more satisfied. Comfort is a tragedy. They are heavy and the battery adds extra weight. Also, the weight distribution and clamping force are very poor, especially if you wear glasses.
