I ordered 3 of the same, one came out good, the other 2 didn't turn on at all. I spoke with the supplier and after some communication, I took them back and they changed the battery for me. I placed them in a sunny spot, but still, they do not have the performance that the other one has. I requested a return because I haven't had the products in my possession for more than 2 months. They told me to do it through Skroutz and send them photos. I never did it because I thought I would be inconvenienced. While they accepted the inspection and the battery change, they did not accept the return... I do not recommend working with them..
Παράγγειλα 3 ίδια το ένα βγήκε καλό τα 2 δεν άναψαν καθόλου μίλησα με τον προμηθευτή και μετά από συννενόηση τα πήγα και μου άλλαξαν μπαταρία , τα τοποθέτησα σε ηλιόλουστη θέση αλλά παρόλα αυτά δεν έχουν την απόδοση που έχει το άλλο , ζήτησα επιστροφή γιατί τα προϊόντα δε τα έχω στη κατοχή μου πάνω από 2μηνες μου είπε να την κάνω μέσω Σκρουτζ και να τους στείλω φωτογραφίες δε το έκανα ποτε γιατί σκέφτηκα ότι θα ταλαιπωρηθώ , ενώ δέχτηκε το έλεγχο και την αλλαγή της μπαταρίας την επιστροφή δε την δέχτηκε …δε συστήνω την συνεργασία μαζί τους …
