Three months of light use from me. I picked it blindly as there were no reviews and then went to see it in person at the store. I chose it and recommend it for its ability to "inflate" and "deflate" as it has 4 straps on the sides. It has 4 main compartments, 2 for various items, 1 for a laptop, 1 for the back with a button; it has a zippered pocket for cards and a pocket for an umbrella/500ml water bottle (for details, see the photos). For daily use, laptop, accessories, stationery, agenda, power bank, bunch of keys, it is complete. Occasionally, I put a container in a bag (vertically) or sandwiches in a bag in the main compartment, which fit well. When (less frequently) I fill it with other things, e.g., from shopping after work, it adjusts satisfactorily to the demand for additional volume. The laptop, because it is new, I put in an extra felt sleeve as the "floor" of the bag in that compartment, although it has foam, is thin for my standards. Finally, although less important for some, I have to say it is comfortable on the back. It also sits flat and looks cool (that's what they say around here) and elegant. I bought it for €30 and for that price, I recommend it wholeheartedly if the description fits your needs.
