Lupins from the company Land of the South, ideal as a salad accompaniment. Contains no starch.
See Description & SpecificationsPersonally, I have found it. The 100g have 103 calories, 11g protein, 13g dietary fiber, and almost no carbohydrates. Okay, I won't describe it anymore. Find me another food with such a combination of ingredients/calories. They are very filling. They are a bit salty (logical) but with a little seasoning, they become great within 20 minutes. They can be eaten directly as they are, or of course, you can cook them. I find the price very reasonable. Just be careful for those who have peanut allergies. I will definitely buy it again!
Τα 100 γρ.
My father is crazy about the product. These are personal preferences, if you like lupins, you will definitely love this brand. Reasonable price.
Very tasty. They can be eaten as they are, without boiling.
