The serrated blade is made of stainless steel, while the body is made of plastic. At the end of the handle is a folding knife for cutting off fins and gills or removing the innards.

The non-slip handle has a hanging hole. The tool is suitable for food contact and dishwasher use. Before first use, wash with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge; wash and dry thoroughly after each use. Avoid using metal sponges, scouring pads or harsh cleaners.
