I remove one star for two reasons. It does not have a protective bottom on the bag, so if you place it on the floor, the laptop gets slightly hit from the bottom. Also, it is for relatively "thin" laptops. If you have an old one that is bulky or one of the new gaming laptops, it may not fit. Mine, which is 35.4 x 25.1 x 2.07 centimeters, barely fits in terms of height (2.07) and width (25.1), but it has enough space in length (35.4). In terms of material quality, space, and compartments, it is superb.
