In general, I never had a good experience with ASICS. Whatever model I tried, I ran a maximum of 10 kilometers with it and then sold it. I always went back to HOKA. I don't know why I gave it another chance, but what I do know is that I made a very good decision.
I haven't been this excited about a shoe since the first time I ran with HOKA! It truly is a shoe that you run with and enjoy. I am 180cm, 84kg, and I believe that for my profile, the foam in the Novablast 3 is perfect. The fit is wonderful, the size is as expected, and compared to the Clifton 8, which I primarily run with, it is significantly more comfortable in the front part of the foot, resulting in the foot "spreading" correctly with each step. I realized this immediately by putting on the Clifton right after the workout, where I felt that it gripped my foot tightly!
I consider it a shoe that is suitable for all types of training, and I am even thinking of running the marathon with it. It is truly enjoyable, and I would describe it as an advanced Endorphin Speed, more friendly for daily training, since I have many kilometers with it and can make a direct comparison.
For its price, it is completely worth it and I highly recommend trying it out. I find it unlikely that someone wouldn't like it, and it will definitely be one of the best sellers of 2022.
EDIT: Unfortunately, the amazing feeling they have didn't last long (at least for me). After 200 kilometers, there is a significant difference in the feeling as they have hardened a lot, and there is no longer the sensation of stepping on a balloon by any means.
Γενικά με την ASICS δεν τα πήγα ποτέ καλά. Ό,τι μοντέλο δοκίμασα το έτρεξα το πολύ 10χλμ και το πούλησα. Πάντα επέστρεφα στη HOKA. Το γιατί έδωσα κι άλλη ευκαιρία δε το ξέρω αλλά αυτό που ξέρω είναι πολύ καλά έκανα.
Έχω να ενθουσιαστώ έτσι με παπούτσι από την πρώτη φορά που έτρεξα με HOKA! Πραγματικά είναι ένα παπούτσι που τρέχεις και το χαίρεσαι. Είμαι 180cm 84 κιλά και θεωρώ πως για το προφίλ μου ο αφρός που έχει το Novablast 3 είναι τ έ λ ε ι ο ς. Το δέσιμο του είναι υπέροχο, το νούμερο το αναμενόμενο και συγκριτικά με το Clifton 8 που τρέχω κατά βάση, είναι σημαντικά πιο άνετο στο μπροστά μέρος του ποδιού με αποτέλεσμα το πόδι να "απλώνει" πιο σωστά σε κάθε πάτημα. Το κατάλαβα βάζοντας το Clifton αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση όπου και ένιωσα πως έπιασε το πόδι μου φάκα!
Θεωρώ πως είναι ένα παπούτσι που κάνει για όλες τις προπονήσεις και μάλιστα σκέφτομαι μ' αυτό να τρέξω και τον ΑΜΑ. Είναι πραγματικά απολαυστικό και θα το χαρακτήριζα ένα εξελιγμένο Endorphin speed, πιο φιλικό στο daily training, μιας και με αυτό έχω αρκετά χιλιόμετρα και έχω άμεση σύγκριση.
Για τα λεφτά του είναι εντελώς τίμιο και αξίζει να το δοκιμάσεις 1000%. Θεωρώ απίθανο να μην αρέσει σε κάποιον και σίγουρα θα είναι από τα best sellers του 2022.
EDIT: Δυστυχώς η εξαιρετική αίσθηση που έχουν δεν κράτησε πολύ (τουλάχιστον σε μένα). 200χλμ μετά και έχουν σημαντική διαφορά στην αίσθηση καθώς έχουν σκληρύνει πάρα πολύ και ούτε κατά διάνοια δεν υπάρχει πλέον η αίσθηση ότι πατάς σε μπαλόνι.
