The Maris Polymers Mariseal 282W polyurethane waterproofing coating is a water-based, single-component hybrid product for waterproofing horizontal surfaces. It forms a continuous, elastic, seamless membrane that is water-vapor permeable and resistant to moisture and changing weather conditions. It can be applied to rooftops and cement-based surfaces using a brush, roller, or airless spray gun.
It is ready to use and can be diluted with up to 10% water when needed. It is usually applied in two coats and can be recoated after approximately 12–24 hours at 23°C. Clean tools with soap and water immediately after use.
