Recommended recipe for pizza (diameter 28-30 cm / 6 slices):
- 85 g NoCarb© Pizza Mix
- 1 large egg (approximately 55 g)
- 1 egg white (approximately 40 g)
- 15 ml oil
- 80 ml water
Method: Put the egg and egg white in a bowl, add the oil, water and mix well. Add the pizza mix, mix with the wet ingredients and combine until the mixture becomes uniform. Then place the dough on a sheet of baking paper and shape with wet hands to the desired thickness and shape and then poke in several places with a fork. Put the pizza without the topping in a preheated oven (180 C) and bake for 15 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, add whatever topping you want - sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven. Bake it at high temperature with top baking option until the cheese is browned.
