Before two years (warranty) were up, one of the bins burned out (stopped working). They referred me from one person to another in various cities in Greece, when I finally got some clarity, they told me that since a few days had passed, the warranty had expired, regardless of the fact that it broke down earlier. I asked about paid repairmen, and they told me that no one fixes them. :(

Without having searched much for an AirFryer, I got this model because a friend recommended it to me. It has proven to be very good so far, and very fair for its price.

It solved my hands and I saved myself the expensive purchase of a kitchen. Anything it cooks always turns out tasty with a little oil. @It constantly emits steam from the front and I will talk to customer service. @Problem with steam only from the right chamber.. It doesn't insulate properly. I put a discreet tape on it and solved the problem to avoid going back and forth to customer service.

Maybe as a brand and model it does its job well. But I am generally not satisfied with the product. I don't know if other fryers work differently, but I expected much more, however it does nothing more than a regular oven. Fried potatoes it claims... fairy tales... it does, but you need to put a handful of potatoes at a time and constantly stir. If they had somehow made the air come from below, then maybe it would have been much better.

I would like two independent compartments that can be combined in case I wanted to cook a whole chicken, for example. Otherwise, it is very powerful, fast, and easy to clean. The steam that comes out in front and goes towards the screen scares me a little

The purchase is worth it. I don't regret buying the model with the double basket. It's not much bigger as a device and you can cook 2 different meals simultaneously. It's suitable for up to 2 people, but it cooks quickly so you can do a second round. However, the food needs frequent stirring because otherwise it doesn't cook well, for example, the potatoes, which also need to be sprayed with oil 1-2 times. The result is tasty though. Also, the sea bream in the air fryer came out faster and tastier than in the regular oven

I bought this specific airfryer but unfortunately, from the very first day, I noticed steam coming out from the front (which is not normal at all), resulting in it going onto the screen.
I returned the airfryer and after about 2 weeks, they told me that it will be replaced!
When I went to get the same one again, they told me that the company has discontinued this model.
I preferred to get my money back and choose another company!

I have no words. I have had it for about 7 months and it has saved my hands. Many programs and convenient. The fact that it has 2 baskets is the reason I bought it so that I can cook 2 meals at the same time, and with the sync finish program, I have them ready at the same time. I highly recommend it. The price is a bit steep for an air fryer but the comfort it provides is indescribable.

Amazing device, very economical cooking in terms of time, kilowatts, and oil. I recommend grilled chicken and fish at the preset cooking settings and potatoes at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, after washing, drying very well, and marinating with minimal oil. However, a very significant drawback is that nowhere is it mentioned the removal of the PLASTIC supports of the grills, which are extremely dangerous at high temperatures creating dangerous fumes. I wonder why their removal is not separately highlighted. Do not throw them away in case of product return during the warranty period.

Compared to the cheaper version of the same company, it is not related at all. This specific air-fryer does what it promises up to the last euro. The only thing I don't know is its durability over time.

P.S. The double basket is convenient for preparing 2 different foods at the same time, BUT it is not convenient if you want to make 1 food in large quantities. In this case, you have to choose...

Very good for its price! I bought it mainly to cook meat without frying it and for potatoes. For meat, I must say it is one of the best options. As for the potatoes, I don't think it can resemble fried ones, at least not the two times I tried. Other than that, it is a good choice for quick and tasty cooking.

The reason I chose it was the synchronization button for baking, meaning if you put chicken in one basket and potatoes in the other, the machine "understands" and starts baking the chicken first, which needs more time, and then the potatoes later.
For fried potatoes, I follow the suggested cooking time, but for temperature, instead of 200°C, I set it to 205°C or 210°C, in the exact same cooking time suggested by the machine. However, it requires around 9 to 10 sprays of oil to come out well, not just a full soup spoon.
I have lost weight without essentially changing my diet or my daily treat.
As I read in another comment: "Why didn't I get it earlier!" That's exactly how I feel!

I have it for a week. First experience with an air fryer. For me, it was a deal breaker that two dishes cannot be cooked together. So, it is very good. I like that you can sync them to finish together. I cannot express an opinion on quality and durability yet, but I will update every few months for future readers.

After 3 months of use, I have to say only the best!!! At €178, the purchase is worth every euro!! We have eaten the best meals! Fried potatoes, steaks, chicken, cheese pies, grilled vegetables for moussaka, we make them there... and I can keep writing until tomorrow. It's tasty and uses little to no oil... it's easy to clean... I haven't put it in the dishwasher just because I clean it on the spot. If you push the grates down, they don't fall when you empty the food. It's big and takes up space, but if you want to make, for example, chicken with potatoes, the two baskets are convenient for eating both dishes hot. We have almost eliminated the need for a frying pan and oven. Just remember to shake them when the shake notification goes off to ensure even cooking.
