Amateur use, cutting tiles 60*30, 60*60 of good quality (about 1.8cm height if I remember correctly), cuts with very good precision, up to 1.5cm that I wanted to remove from a tile, easily, without needing to use a wheel.
I have no negative so far, and I have done 2 rooms of 30m² with a tile cutter, it's worth the money.
