The Squid Inc. board game by WizKids is a strategy and party game in which players try to climb the corporate ladder by influencing employees and promoting them to higher positions. Each round, they choose a named employee with a special ability and influence rating, whom they can add to their team or use to place and enhance the abilities of other employees.
Team abilities are used to secure promotions, as well as to demote or fire employees belonging to opponents. At the end, points are scored based on the total influence of each team’s employees within the company, with multipliers that increase according to their position in the hierarchy.
