With this edition of the bilingual German-Greek-Greek-German legal terms dictionary, a modern, comprehensive, and fully user-friendly single-volume edition is delivered to the legal world, and beyond, aspiring to become a reference point in the demanding field of legal lexicography. The German-Greek-Greek-German legal terms dictionary, published with the support of the Goethe Institute and the scientific collaboration of the University of Cologne, is part of the new series of bilingual legal terms dictionaries initiated by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI, which cover the languages English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. 

The methodical and authoritative processing of the entries by all the editors, who have many years of experience with the use of German legal terminology both through their academic studies and their professional careers, as well as the excellent scientific editing by Assistant Professor Konstantinos Vathiotis, who also has extensive experience in translating German legal texts, ensure the quality of this particularly demanding lexicographical effort. 

The dictionary includes approximately 39,000 main entries accompanied by thousands of complex phrases and characteristic examples, as well as references to legal provisions to help the user not only understand the subject of their search more easily but also to be able to refer to other sources for further research. Terms from not only German but also Austrian or Swiss law were taken into account, with parenthetical notes for the user.
