Stable, incredible grip, they don't slip at all on big rocks and overall they are amazing on trails. You don't feel any rock at all. What impressed me is that when I got on the asphalt and ran, they were incredibly soft with very good bounce back.

The Akyra is suitable for endurance trails, such as Ultra trails and ultramarathons. Particularly comfortable and protective, it is a shoe designed for extended use on off-road terrain. It uses a snug upper, structured in 3 layers, which provides, from inside to outside: comfort thanks to the innovative MicroLite Skeleton and a fit that follows the movement of the foot in a dynamic way while running. Excellent stability is provided by the TrailCage system, a technology placed between the two layers that provides structure and comfort. The outsole was developed by the La Sportiva R&D department and uses the Frixion XT tread with a braking system and the exclusive design with Trail Rocker technology that promotes foot support while running.
