At 60 days, when she started to eat her hands furiously and only calmed down at the breast (which led to overeating and consequently to spit-ups and vomiting), I slowly tried to give her this pacifier and, after she examined it, she accepted it. It did not affect breastfeeding or how she latches onto the breast.
