One star only for the appearance. The sandwich maker is very powerful, if you are not present, it burns the toast in seconds and the cheese doesn't have time to melt. We sent it back to the company and they don't accept it, they tell us there is no problem and return it to us. I do not recommend it. The company's behavior is also unacceptable. We sent it at the end of November and at the end of January their response is this.
