The Yubico Security Key Series combines hardware-based authentication, public key encryption, and FIDO2/WebAuthn and FIDO U2F protocols to eliminate unauthorized account use. There are four security keys in this series, covering the needs of both consumers and businesses.

No additional software is required and authentication is easy, fast, and reliable. Simply insert the key into a USB port and authenticate with a simple touch or tap the key on an NFC-enabled device for quick, easy, and secure authentication.
The Security Key series is extremely durable, requires no batteries, has no moving parts, and is always on and accessible.

FIDO2 and U2F are modern authentication protocols that provide a high level of security using public key cryptography. FIDO2 marks the evolution of U2F, now allowing multiple user scenarios, such as strong first factor (passwordless), strong second factor, or multi-factor authentication (passwordless plus PIN).
