The "Land Registry Law" in addition to the two main legislative instruments that comprise Land Registry Law, namely Law 2308/1995 and Law 2664/1998, as amended recently by Law 4164/2013, also includes the Land Registry Regulations of the Dodecanese Islands (Government Decree 132/1929), which applies primarily to the islands of Rhodes and Kos and has significantly influenced the legislative choices of Laws 2308/1995 and 2664/1998.

The collection of 250 decisions from the country's highest courts (Supreme Court and Council of State) and courts of substantive jurisdiction, as well as opinions from the Legal Council of the State, under the articles of Laws 2308/1995 and 2664/1998, and the Land Registry Regulations of the Dodecanese, makes the compilation a useful tool for those practicing Land Registry Law (land registry judges, lawyers, notaries, and managers of land registry offices).

Furthermore, the book includes, besides the already issued judicial decisions and opinions, the explanatory reports of the statutes of Land Registry Law, making it possible to approximate the contested issues by weighing the legislative intent as expressed in the relevant explanatory reports.
