It features a self-cleaning system that extends the life of the iron and improves its efficiency. Let the iron heat up to a high temperature and press the "self-cleaning" button. A large amount of water will be released onto the hot plate from the inside to remove any limescale or impurities from the water. If necessary, repeat the process until the water discharged from the nozzle is completely clean.
