If I hadn't invested so much in the Razer ecosystem, and hadn't found it at such a good price, I wouldn't recommend it. Because Razer has dropped a lot in quality. I replaced this particular keyboard with a new one because after less than 1.5 years, some keys stopped working. I won't even mention the terrible quality of the glue for the non-slip surfaces, which started to peel off after six months. Maybe they have focused on quality with the Blackwidow line. In any case, stay away, unless you find it at a very good price, under €80.

2nd keyboard after replacement and here’s what happened.
1st - I got the first keyboard happily, thinking it’s Razer, but half the keys weren’t even mechanical, they didn’t make that classic sound. Then I noticed above the arrow keys there was a bulge upwards and it didn’t fit properly, so I sent it back.
2nd - The second keyboard arrived after a month, again the same thing, and again 3-4 of its keys didn’t make a sound. I don’t know what terrible batch I got, but once again Razer confirmed to me that they are a terrible company and only care about brand and money

If you want to hear my opinion, there are better options than getting anything related to Razer keyboards (except the Huntsman Mini). This particular model is membrane-based, which is outdated. Usually, membrane keyboards are made from material that is basically disposable. With 80 euros, you can get a more competitive and effective keyboard

I bought it as a gift for my wife. It looks like a very nice keyboard, I find the keys and their pressing almost silent and very soft, so for a woman's hand I think it will last quite a while. However, I don't think it will withstand much as the keys seem very 'sensitive', so it might not be suitable for a man's hand.

I consider it one of the best non-mechanical keyboards one can get. The RGB lighting is zoned and not per key, so if someone wants to use it to "paint" with the Razer Chroma app, it's not the most suitable. I've had it for about a year and use it for about 12 hours a day for work and gaming. In terms of durability, I am satisfied as it still feels like new. The wrist rest is made of a very nice material and is generally convenient, although it collects dust easily; it also has a magnet, which is quite handy for me. On the plus side, for me, it has a pretty decent response for the money you pay. The Razer Synapse is a bit unadaptable at times, but that's also because I have it connected to a hub and not directly to the PC, as I want to switch between my PC and my laptop without plugging and unplugging cables. In a word, it is very honest for its price

Appearance-wise, I won't even discuss it! Anyone who knows about Razer knows! The buttons are just as I expected, very nice both visually and in terms of pressing! The wrist rest under the keyboard is very convenient and has a very smooth texture! You could rub it all day and never get tired haha?! Truly flawless, I've seen other Razer keyboards and I can say I like this one the most of all!

Good keyboard with good response but I was disappointed by how quickly the coating on the keys started to wear off, coming from the first Ornata Chroma which was truly durable and after 7 years was still like new, I was disappointed! Fully functional so far after almost 1 year of daily use. Cleaning is not easy at all.

Unfortunately, it was given to me as a gift.
Very poor quality material & frame.
After 7-8 months of use, without force or impacts and with quite a bit of care, 7-8 keys stopped working.
To make them work, I have to literally bend the keyboard so that the keys start making proper contact for the next 5-10 minutes, then they stop working again.
I believe there are much better options, but for the V2 I have heard only the best.

    Good, although noisy.
It doesn't work well with the program I have for the RGB of the Razer.
1/5 when the computer starts, it is on the default RGB and I have to restart to get back to what I have set.

For me, the best keyboard on the market, with only the downside that it doesn't have per key lighting but rather by sections on the keyboard. This is the second time I've bought it in 4 years not because the keyboard broke but the V2 had leather on the palm rest and… yes, but this one has plastic so it's just fine. Will buy again someday

pathetic garbage. every so often it freezes and spams a key and the functions of the others get mixed up. it needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. if it happens to you during a game, it's over. the useless ones at razer can't even do the basics: a keyboard that behaves like a keyboard without instabilities! stay away. prefer something else

The initial impression was good as the feel and response are very good, but after a year or so, some keys broke (even with little use, e.g., B), some started to fade, etc. So it became a necessary replacement process.

Also, the keys do not light up independently but are divided into different sections, and you can only change the lighting sectionally and only through the app, where it has happened 1-2 times that the settings were lost.

Finally, the armrest is not very comfortable, it is made of some hard type of plastic, it helps to prevent the hand from slipping but does not relieve the wrist.

    Exceptionally ergonomic and stern.
For a mechanical keyboard it is quite silent so if you dislike the loud "clickity clackity" then this is certainly the best option.
A high quality peripheral that will last for a very long time even in the hands of the clumsiest gamers.

Very good keyboard. I was incredibly pleased with the Low profile. The keys make a Clicky noise, ok. It's not annoying. Nice feel of the keys with a relatively short travel. I recommend it. The only thing that bothers me (I hadn't noticed) is that the lighting that diffuses under the keys dazzles me. Of course, I sit quite reclined, if you sit properly it's fine. I have set it to 10% and it's oooook.... Very good purchase though, VFM.

    - Although the review by user Fairplay says it all!... I would like to add that for me the C and V keys (especially V) stick (due to frequent copy/paste use) and quite often remain pressed down for almost 50% of their travel.
    - On Linux, the program's capabilities do not come close to those of the equivalent on Windows.
    - I expected it to be quieter.
    - The worst thing is the backlight, as Fairplay also mentions. It is not separate for each key and the light diffuses, making it annoying. You are forced to lower the light intensity, but then the letters are unreadable! Especially if you have a light bar above the monitor, like I do, it is impossible to distinguish the key's letter.

Edit: 18 months after purchase, the base of one "gaming" key (D) broke. It seems from Razer's forums that this is a known issue. Let's see what the warranty will say. Fortunately, I took out of the closet my 4-year-old Motospeed, which had its "years," and it got me out of a tough spot!

It is very beautiful, I personally really like the feel. With the app, you have access to many predefined color schemes and wallpapers that automatically coordinate with the keyboard theme without needing any extra settings. (Obviously, if you want, you can customize the entire keyboard as you wish, but the automatic feature is a nice feature.) Especially for gaming, it is excellent as you can customize macros on buttons without having to press them all together. I give it 4 stars because sometimes during PC startup, the colors do not turn on, and it forces me to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in (the keys work in this case, just the lights do not turn on). I have had it for 3 months and it has happened 3 times. I do not consider it a reason for someone not to buy it, but it is definitely annoying.

The keyboard is not for gaming. If you hold down A-W to walk, the E does not work, and if you have shift-w to run, the Q does not work. As well as other key combinations that I found on forums from others that do not work. Disappointing for a gaming keyboard. Otherwise, it is very good, convenient, and quiet, but not suitable for gaming.

    EDIT
I just received a new keyboard as a replacement, after sending back the previous one, and the problem was indeed confirmed. The new one they sent me works properly and does not seem to have the same or any other issue. It is very good for its price!

In relation to the V2, which was a classic model and keyboard, I think it is a clear improvement. It is a bit more low profile. Its keys are a bit noisier. The space bar is better, more stable. The wrist rest initially seemed uncomfortable to me and the keyboard initially seemed cheap. (I was going for 3 stars, I don't know why, I was initially disappointed). But I have been using it for 2-3 weeks now and it is simply AMAZING. It has helped me more than anything and I type MUCH faster than before. 100% recommended. Great product.

The quality is terrible, the only reason to get it is because the software is good, but even that works only when it wants to.

  • very beautiful lighting with very good collaboration with the razer chroma software where you can choose the lighting as you wish. No problem with windows just eats ram when you run the software, in the background almost none

For me, a very good keyboard, I really liked the feel and the response, it just gets quite difficult to clean, especially in between the keys, but I am satisfied, I have had it for 2-3 months and it works great.

The only negative is that it is not "so mechanical"; if someone wants a MECHANICAL MECHANICAL, they should look at the BlackWidow series

pathetic garbage. every so often it freezes and spams a key and the functions of the others get mixed up. it needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. if it happens to you during a game, it's over. the useless ones at razer can't even do the basics: a keyboard that behaves like a keyboard without instabilities! stay away. prefer something else

  • If I hadn't invested so much in the Razer ecosystem, and hadn't found it at such a good price, I wouldn't recommend it.

  • After a year of use, there are keys that started to stick, especially the Enter key. I believe for its price it is not fair.

  • 2nd keyboard after replacement and here’s what happened.

  • If you want to hear my opinion, there are better options than getting anything related to Razer keyboards (except the Huntsman Mini). This particular model is membrane-based, which is outdated. Usually, membrane keyboards are made from material that is basically disposable. With 80 euros, you can get a more competitive and effective keyboard
