The Kingston IronKey Locker+ 50 USB flash drive offers high-level security with AES encryption in XTS mode and protection against BadUSB attacks via digitally signed software. It also supports protection against brute force attacks on passwords.

The LP50 drive is TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant and features multiple password options (administrator and user) in complex or expressed password mode. The complex mode allows passwords of 6–16 characters from 3 out of 4 character groups.

The new expressed passwords mode enables the input of PINs, phrases, word lists, or even song lyrics ranging from 10 to 64 characters. The administrator can enable or reset the user password to restore access to the data.

The brute force protection mode locks the user out after 10 consecutive failed attempts, and if the administrator password is entered incorrectly 10 times, the content is cryptographically erased. The built-in virtual keyboard protects the passwords from keyloggers and screenloggers.

The Locker+ 50 drive is designed for ease of use, with a compact metal casing and keyring clip for convenient data transport. It also features an optional backup function via USBtoCloud, allowing access to data through popular cloud services.

The device is compatible with Windows® and macOS®, allowing users to access their files from multiple systems.
