Well, this specific power supply or PSU I have had for about 4-5 years, and I can say that it has performed very well compared to the previous one I had. Its positives are that for its time, meaning in 2018, it was flawless. However, technology advances and someone who upgrades their PC from normal gaming to NASA gaming will not be able to handle such a power supply. So, in short, today in 2023, if you have a PC with specifications like mine, this one here won't do it for you. Look for a 1000W or even around 1200-1500W power supply because as someone mentioned below, the newer it is, the fewer requirements it has. I say and see the exact opposite! If you have a GTX 4090, i9 13900k, and 64GB RAM, then you need a top-notch power supply!

You definitely can't call it quiet!! I went ahead and changed the fan on my old power supply on the second day, even though this means I no longer have a warranty..
I can say it's decent for its price.

It is a good power supply, with suitable specifications and protections, but...
It only has a two-year warranty and it is quite expensive.
At its price, you will definitely find something better (with fewer watts though), with a longer warranty and at least 80plus+.
Nowadays, machines have less and less power consumption requirements, so the number of watts doesn't matter as much as the quality of construction and the warranty at a good price.
