1. Put on the special disposable underwear from the feet up to the waist, as you would put on regular underwear, with the side with the adhesive facing the back.

2. Pull it up high toward the waist to achieve a good fit at the crotch. Smooth out the gathers at the waist so that it fits the body perfectly.

3. When you want to change the underwear, tear the two side seams from the waist downward. Open the underwear and remove it carefully.

4. As you remove it from your body, roll it up carefully and fasten it with the adhesive.
