    I've had it for 2 years and a bit already. For the first 2 years it was fine, I had no issues with the battery or how it cleaned (2 dogs in the house and it cleaned just fine).

    Now, let's talk about today. I've already changed one circuit board, bought a new brush, sent it for repair and still the brush doesn't work (it worked for 1 month and then the same problems again). The battery is starting to wear out after all this time, which is normal, so I need a new battery too. I don't know if the repair is worth it.

The bottom sole also gets blocked all the time by the hairs on the brush it has. After 2 years of use, I wanted to put on another attachment. I couldn't easily open the parts, I didn't understand how the attachment would fit, and I was even more disappointed. It is not worth the money I paid, about 250 euros when it came out.

    From the beginning, it had several downsides, as the attachment for corners was impossible to use because it clogs with the slightest lint, and I expected greater suction power since it didn't pick up small debris. Unfortunately, however, after 3 years, the vacuum cleaner completely fell apart. The bottom part broke and the motor stopped working. The service is non-existent!!!! They only ask for money just to look at it. Unacceptable from such a company.

    The battery broke very quickly. In 3 years, I didn't have a vacuum cleaner. The company asked for €25 for shipping to come and pick it up (they won't accept that you bring it yourself…) and €15 for damage assessment. Then they told me €210 for battery replacement. While the vacuum cleaner costs €229. Ah! The handle broke very easily (as if it was Chinese) and I paid €70 for them to send me a new one plus the shipping costs that I don't remember.

    I had written a review in the past which disappeared.
    Unfortunately, the vacuum, although it is for pets, does not meet the needs of a pet-friendly home.
    The hairs get stuck inside the suction tube, causing the tube to clog and stop sucking. Cleaning the tube and attachments is particularly difficult as there is no way to reach deep and unclog the debris that has stuck.
    When it was new, the battery lasted for 15 minutes maximum, so I had to hurry to vacuum the whole house before it ran out. After a year, it only lasts for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to return it under warranty.
    It's not worth it.
