It was a very good product as it cleaned my skin very well while I was using it and it was quite light for the skin.

I have been buying it consistently for many years, before that I had the one from LA ROCHE-POSAY which dehydrates the skin a lot and you feel it pulling. This one is just right and you only need a small amount of product.
My skin is oily!

It's my go-to for cleansing. Avoid the eyes because it stings. It has helped my acne.

3 stars instead of 5 because I noticed the formula has changed and from being thick where 2 pumps were enough, now it's very watery and you need 3. It's still good but, as usual, capitalism and shrinkflation

So... I used it on my head because I had oiliness, pimples, and dandruff at the same time... a small amount... tried it at first... it was magical... my head cleared up almost from the first time..

I don't have acne but I have an oily T-zone and I got it for a deeper cleanse, alternating with a milder soap. It's ok but I don't like its scent so I probably won't buy it again.

This particular cleanser ruined my skin. Even after three years, I still have scars and redness in some areas. Make sure to check a cleanser very well before buying it; this one has very active ingredients that can cause acne out of nowhere. I consider it unsuitable for very sensitive skin. However, it did help me with body acne.

Redness and swollen internal pimples on the temples, forehead, chin... All of these start to subside from the second application. It soothes the skin and makes it look even. However, it does dry out the skin a bit if used morning and night, but given that it is effective, I will stick with it a little longer. Let's see...
Update No1: After 4 days of application, I can say that I saw an improvement; the skin is not in the condition it was before, but I insist it dries out the face a lot to the point that it irritates the already troubled skin.
Update No2: After 1.5 weeks of application. It is indeed a very good product after all. The skin gets used to it quite a bit after a few days. Without combining it with corticosteroid creams or any other product, it restored my skin by about 90%. Only a few minor spots remain, which I believe will also fade over time. A necessary condition is not to touch your face with your hands, at least not during the treatment period.

Wonderful cleanser, it restored my skin within a week after consecutive acne breakouts. It's worth every penny and more!

Honestly, I don't know what I did wrong before you all jumped on me, but for some reason, since I started using it, I've gotten more pimples than I already had, and I generally make sure not to touch my face with dirty hands, etc., although it could be anything's fault. I bought this product because a friend of mine with a similar skin type recommended it to me, meaning combination with acne tendencies. The first few times I used it, my skin was clear, my pimples reduced, and I felt like it was doing its job, although I was negatively impressed by its smell. Even though it claims to be odorless, it has a very strong scent, something like plastic. It didn't irritate my face, but it didn't moisturize it either. The next times I used it, my skin got incredibly irritated, turned red, and I felt like I was burning. I should mention that I don't have particularly sensitive skin. Of course, it contains a significant amount of salicylic acid, which may be responsible for the irritation. It didn't work for me at all, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin.

The third time I used it, something went wrong. It started destroying the moisture barrier of my face. Then I applied sunscreen and I was in pain from the burning sensation. It's a shame that you need an alternative face wash to use this. Finally, after leaving it aside for a while to calm my skin, it actually worked and the discoloration on my face had decreased. It's not a bad product if used in moderation and not continuously.

It is a very good cleanser for everyday use (morning & evening) and it makes your face feel very clean after each use. It is definitely not a makeup remover! Do not get it for that purpose.
I have combination to oily skin and I always had breakouts on my face, but in the last 2 months that I have been using it, the breakouts have significantly reduced, so I am very satisfied. I use it in combination with the cerave retinol and I think it is a good combination.
The quantity of the packaging is huge and you need to use a minimal amount daily, so it is definitely worth it. It is definitely worth the money and the hype. For reference, I am 22 years old.

IT'S NOT MAKEUP REMOVER!!! Do not comment negatively on its use as a makeup remover. It is a targeted facial cleanser for pores and skin imperfections. It has a very pleasant scent, lasts a long time, creates a gentle foam, and cleanses nicely. It creates a tightening sensation after use and definitely requires moisturizer. My face has open pores and blemishes. I can't say that I saw a huge difference, maybe because we should also do deep cleansing at regular intervals. However, it kept my skin in a stable condition without breakouts. I don't give it 5 stars because I wouldn't buy it again just to try another product. I've had it for 2-3 months and with daily use, it hasn't run out yet! Very good price for the quantity. In combination with the gel blemish control, I think it does the job without expecting miracles with just these two! It obviously contains SLS

Unacceptable cleaner. I tried it because of the reviews. Big mistake. Very mediocre cleaning. After systematic use for three weeks, to give it some time, my skin became dull. It doesn't effectively clean either makeup or even when the face is bare. I wouldn't buy it again for any reason.

The best cleanser I have tried. I had late acne and although I tried various treatments with creams and facial cleansers, none of them worked. With this cleanser, my pimples have disappeared in the last two months with regular use for one month. Amazing product!

I have tried ALL of Cerave's cleansers. The best by far. I have combination to oily skin and very sensitive. It works wonders. It contains niacinamide and salicylic acid. It cleanses and leaves the skin very soft. It doesn't sting my eyes at all. My skin doesn't feel tight afterwards. I just don't use it daily because of the salicylic acid.

I don't understand why they put a bunch of harmful chemicals in and cause internal pimples and cysts on healthy skin. Make the ingredients simpler and don't experiment on animals, we don't have the same skin. Enough already.

I wasn't thrilled, it definitely cleans but not as well as I would like. However, combined with a cleansing foam, it does a pretty good job. I wouldn't recommend it on its own

Excellent cleanser, cleans very well and protects against the appearance of acne that I had locally and occasionally. It requires a small amount, creates a lot of foam, and does not excessively dry the skin. It goes without saying that a light cream is needed afterwards. If it had a little fragrance, it would be perfect, but unfortunately it doesn't. The packaging is also very good and secure for traveling.

Finally, my face has found its health. I had developed late acne that I couldn't get rid of no matter what. By washing my face morning and night with this gel, the pimples disappeared, new ones rarely appear, and I don't have many black marks. I'm buying it for the second time and I don't think I'll change it soon. Attention, it does NOT remove makeup!

It has helped me with the oiliness of my skin and mainly does Blemish Control. Since I bought it, the blemishes on my face have significantly reduced, as well as the scars.

Well, initially it is not a makeup product, it is a cleanser for makeup removal obviously, so you should prefer another product. Anyway, it is a good cleanser, I must say, but for me, with sensitive skin, it started to sting after a certain point every time I used it, so I stopped using it. In terms of acne, yes, it does help, but I didn't have a major issue.

Composition with 2% salicylic acid for deep cleansing. I use it for blackheads on my nose and moisturize with a hydrating cream or use retinol at night for a few days. You can feel the "pulling of the skin," so moisturizing afterwards is a must. I will come back after 3/4 months of use.

I discovered it a year ago and since then I haven't changed it. I have combination, extremely sensitive skin, without pimples, but with black spots. It has no scent, it does not dry or moisturize, it removes makeup residue. I use it on my eyes as well.
