I wouldn't recommend it for a serious CPU like mine because I had to do a lot of work to keep it cool, MX-7 paste, Contact Frame LGA1700 Thermalright, CPU Undervolted BIOS, airflow settings in the case, ambient temperature, etc. Everything plays a role in your temperatures, but I managed to achieve 65°C under 1440p gaming and only Cinebench R23 could reach 80°C after 30 minutes of continuous rendering.
