Τελικά το καλώδιο δεν είχε πρόβλημα αλλά ασυμβατότητα με τα κινητά .
Excellent and at the same time economical solution, as I bought it for graphic design work as an additional output for a USB-C/Thunderbolt port without a dock, but only a cable.
I tested it on a monitor, providing a signal from a tablet (Samsung DeX mode) and also from a laptop (via Thunderbolt 4 port), without any problems.
It also worked on a Thunderbolt 3 dock (Belkin), flawlessly (Windows 11).
It supports HDR (in true 10 & 12-bit color, not in 8-bit with dithering), but only in YCbCr422 and not in RGB full dynamic range (in RGB full range 24-bit color depth up to 8-bit max).
Through Windows HDR (right click->Display Settings), it works with 8-bit+dithering (on a true 10-bit monitor), but with the default color settings @NVIDIA Control Panel.
I believe these are the limits of HDMI 2.0b.
These above values are through NVIDIA Control Panel and not just from my mind (with Studio drivers) to test the limits of the cable on a 3840x2160@60Hz 10-bit display.
For those who want the maximum (RGB 10-bit full dynamic range) for graphic design work, go for Displayport 1.4+.
The cable is not very thick (nor thin) and is quite flexible. It also includes a velcro strap on the cable.
The end with the HDMI is fully metallic (like the USB-C), which makes it resistant to mishandling.
Highly recommended, especially for the price of €15, which other products (HDMI 2.0b HDR) cost much more.
