I haven't had it for long, however the buttons are indeed not very distinguishable. To tell them apart, you have to sit in a specific position. I know it's not a major flaw, but I wouldn't have bought it if I had known.

The worst thing ever, the first time a pot touched the stove and here are the results, the glass quality is very poor

I replaced my old broken Whirlpool and it is much better, the arrangement of the large diagonal eyes is perfect, in the old one, both large eyes were on the same side and couldn't fit two pots together.
It is also very fast, the water boils incredibly quickly on the large eye, in my old one, I waited ten years for it to boil...
The grading of the buttons goes up to 9 but in reality, it has 18 levels since it also has halves! It lights up right next to the number when it is halfway.
The circles of the eyes are indeed a bit blurry and it is not easy to see in order to center the pot, but it's okay, a minor problem.

I am not at all satisfied with this purchase of mine (pitsos family CRE645S06). Unfortunately, the touch fields and the burners are not visible at all, making it difficult for me to place the cookware on top. I have to use a flashlight and focus on it to put it into operation. The technical service told me that this is how this model is! Unfortunately, it's just a disappointment!!! I do not recommend it to anyone.....

Very good and fast cooking!! Economy in terms of electricity consumption.. It requires a little attention in cleaning because if you don't pay attention, you might scratch it.

The low rating has nothing to do with the performance of the burners, which I consider relatively satisfactory, but with the fact that the ceramic glass scratches very easily. I have only cooked 7-10 times and the eyes are full of deep and wide silver scratches. Note that various cookware from different brands have been used, all suitable for ceramic stovetops, all reputable. Both pots and pans cause scratches.

I clearly contacted Pitsos customer service, and as soon as the technician saw it, he told me to use a special cleaner for stovetops, which will reduce the problem but not eliminate it. He also emphasized that the service deals with malfunctions of the burners and the company does not replace the glass if the scratches are not liked by the consumer, as it is glass and it will scratch. Objectively, this particular model has very sensitive glass. I am very disappointed with this flaw as well as with the way the service handled it. I definitely would not recommend the product.
