Two-component polyurethane paint of marine specifications. It is suitable for wood, iron, aluminum, copper, polyester, concrete, stone, ceramic surfaces, and many difficult surfaces. It offers high performance, excellent adhesion, high hardness, and elasticity. Great resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. It is particularly resistant to chemicals, solvents, petroleum products, and caustic liquids. Its special polyurethane composition ensures excellent protection from exposure to solar radiation and harsh weather conditions. It provides a durable finish with a long lifespan. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Applications:

• Suitable for painting wooden surfaces such as shutters, doors, cladding, fences, etc.
• Metal surfaces such as railings, doors, and general metal structures.
• Concrete surfaces such as floors - poured concrete, shower areas, walls, etc.
• Polyester on recreational boats, constructions, etc.
• Wall and floor stone cladding.

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

• Surfaces must be clean and dry. Dust, oils, salts, moisture, and rust hinder paint adhesion.
• Previously painted surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned with chemical or mechanical means and sanded carefully.
• Loose surfaces are unsuitable for painting and the paint will peel off.
• New concrete or cement surfaces should be painted at least one month after their construction.
• If the surface is washed with water, it must dry for 2-3 days before painting.

Priming: Surfaces must be primed with the appropriate primer depending on the application surface.

Application:

• Components A and B are packaged in predefined quantities for easy mixing.
• Mix the two components after having stirred each one separately very well (with a clean stirrer), and shake for 3-5 minutes carefully to ensure both components are well mixed on the sides and bottom of the container.
• After mixing the two components, wait 10-15 minutes, then apply the paint as is or with a dilution of up to 5% with polyurethane thinner.
• The application is done with a brush, roller, or spray gun in two or three coats.
• The paint achieves its final properties 7-10 days after applying the final coat.
• Cleaning: with nitro thinner or polyurethane thinner.

Remarks:

• The freshly painted surface must be protected from moisture for 36-48 hours.
• If the final surface is repainted with another layer after 15 days, then the old surface must be sanded lightly with sandpaper and the dust cleaned before painting.
• It is recommended to test the suitability of materials for each application.
• Coverage: 8-12 square meters per liter.

Precautions: Causes serious eye irritation if it comes into contact with the eyes. Liquid and vapors are flammable. Causes skin irritation. Keep away from children. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/personal protective equipment for eyes and face. In case of contact with eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. In case of fire: Use an ABC powder fire extinguisher to extinguish.
