How to use them:
- Soak a handful of Smoking Chips in water for 30 minutes.
- Wrap the Smoking Chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open.
- Place the foil with the Smoking Chips onto the hot coals, lava rocks, or the heating element of your barbecue, grill, or smoker.
- Once the smoking chips start to produce smoke, place the food on the grill.
- For gas grills, we recommend using a smoking box instead of aluminum foil.
