How to use them:
- Soak a handful of Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in water for 30 minutes.
- Wrap the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open.
- Place the aluminum foil with the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips on hot coals, lava rocks, or the electric element of your grill or smoker.
- Once the olive wood smoking chips start to produce smoke, place the food on the grill.
- For gas grills, we recommend using a smoking box instead of aluminum foil.
