    Good but it dries out quickly. When it's new, it has a very nice performance and a very convenient brush!
    Tip: Now that it doesn't have good color payoff and it comes out more faded, I use it to create a faded eyeliner line (which I can easily fix) and then I go over it with another eyeliner pen with intense color!
