    I was incredibly satisfied, until it broke exactly after 1 year and wouldn't sync. Thankfully, I had a warranty!
    Unfortunately, Philips Hellas' service cannot satisfy 100% and they replaced the device with a cheaper one, claiming that Philips no longer produces it.

    Although it is generally a good device, it completely broke down after 1.5 years without any apparent reason. After a lot of hassle and wasted time on phone calls, it was finally replaced after 2 weeks, unfortunately with a different model (this one has been discontinued by Philips) that does not have the functions that my child is used to (e.g. the stars on the ceiling). In summary, if it hadn't broken down, I would have given it 4 stars, but since it did and the after-sales service of Philips is of this quality (and we are talking about a product that costs over 100€), the answer is: one star and that's being generous.

    It is the best thing we have bought for our baby. It really worths every euro this intercom, as a mom, I love this device. The baby loves the little shapes that appear on the ceiling, it has music with lullabies that I personally use almost every day to put the baby to sleep, the sound captures even the slightest noise, even the car passing by... and I also like that it has a flashlight! Because I go and check on the baby to see if he is okay and to do that without disturbing him, I turn on the flashlight, which is very nice because it has a soft light... I have no words... I highly recommend it, and in the 10 months that we have had it, it has not presented any problem.
