The first one broke down exactly after one year (it wouldn’t draw water) with a use of about 5 coffees per week. The company that distributes it, after checking and confirming it could not be repaired, immediately replaced it with another similar one, which, however, behaves differently and I can say it definitely makes better coffee. Maybe I had a defective product from the start or they upgraded the software. If it lasts over time, I will raise the stars; if it breaks again, it will get a negative rating and I will let you know.
The quality of the coffee it makes is quite good to excellent for its price range, and the milk froth is excellent (with the second machine, the first just produced hot milk).
18/1/2025: The machine broke down (exact same problem) after 2 and a half months. I am preparing a complaint and proceeding with a refund request from the company. I don’t want to deal with those who treat us as product testers, especially when I haven’t consented to this.
In the 2.5 months I had it, it made slightly better coffee than the first time, but the problem with the steam remained, where only by chance you could get proper milk froth.
24/1/2025: I received only the body of a new machine (as claimed by the company), since for the rest they gave me back the previous ones I had. The initial good impression of the company is gone. You will be updated if anything comes up.
9/12/2025: The machine is still holding up and I am actually drinking quite decent coffee. It needs to warm up longer than when it shows the ready indicator to reach the right pressure for milk froth. Descaling was done at 6 months, well before the indicator came on, for preventive reasons. I raised the rating to 3 stars and hope it lasts over time. It’s a pity for a product that is quite good for its price that you have to gamble on the batch you get.
