The Aten power distribution unit remotely controls and monitors equipment connected to its eight AC outlets via TCP/IP. It allows devices such as servers, storage systems, KVM switches and network devices to be powered on, powered off or power-cycled. The front display shows the power or IP address, while separate power for the unit and its outlets keeps the user interface available even if the device’s fuse blows.
The optional sensor supports condition monitoring and real-time reporting, with measurements of current, voltage and hourly consumption. It is required for more detailed data and energy-efficiency graphs.
