Organic Whole Grain Cold Pressed Tahini SAMYTHOS - 300 g.

The sesame from the recognized variety "Evros" has top nutritional value and is organically cultivated in privately owned estates in Vrysika Didymoteicho. It is hand-picked and after drying and sorting, the sesame seed is heated to 65 degrees Celsius. The sesame paste is processed at a moderate thermal load (40-42 degrees), preserving 70% of the vitamins found in raw unrefined tahini.

The machines used during the processing of the seed are of custom design for continuous control of the organoleptic and nutritional elements of the sesame mass.

This process ensures that the seed retains a large portion of its moisture and minimizes the burden on its oil. The result is a tahini with high fluidity, full flavor, and aromas of roasted sesame with notes of pistachio and hazelnut in its aftertaste.
