I just received it and I will share my initial impressions. Initially purchased for 113 euros, I consider it slightly expensive compared to similar products on the market. However, it is generally worth it. I should note that I have a cat, not a dog.
(+) Positives:
1) Incredible build quality, the plastics, stainless steel, and feeder are magnetic, a construction marvel.
2) The Xiaomi app, well-known, reliable, and works wonders. You can program the meals for as many times as you want during the day, not in grams but in portions, which are about 5g each. So, if you want 20g of food, you program 4 portions. It can also dispense food manually either through the app or the button (can be reactivated).
3) In case of power outage, it supports batteries (4 AA), which are not included in the package but can be found at the supermarket. You unscrew a cap at the bottom, pull it upwards as indicated by the arrow, and the compartment for the batteries opens.
4) It has a special filter on the feeder (on the lid) that keeps the food fresh with the ingredients intact, as it claims, and obviously traps the smell (to prevent the space from smelling like food).
5) The kibbles do not fall out when you move the device, unlike other brands, and the cat cannot open the lid no matter how hard it tries. It has a very good mechanism and requires a significant effort with two human hands to remove the lid and access the food.
6) Like all Xiaomi products, you can easily find mechanical spare parts and filters on Chinese websites.
(-) Negatives:
1) You have to change the filter every month, which costs around 5 euros, and you cannot find it in Greece. You have to order it from abroad. I have already ordered 3 filters for 15 euros including shipping.
2) The most significant drawback, however, is that the feeder only supports round or oval-shaped dry food, as it claims. Anything else with a peculiar shape, star-shaped, square, etc., is not supported. Unfortunately, I have food with an irregular shape and I tried it, and the only thing I noticed is that it does not accurately calculate the dosage. I weighed 30 grams, put in 6 portions, and it didn't work. I made it 7 portions and after many attempts and measurements, it gives me around 28-31g, so I am within the range. It requires some experimentation, but you can find a solution. I am just concerned that it says not to put irregular-shaped food because it will damage the feeding mechanism. Luckily, I found a replacement for the feeding mechanism, so if it breaks, I will fix it.
I will provide an update for any new developments.
Μόλις τη παρέλαβα και θα πω τις αρχικές μου εντυπώσεις. Αρχικά αγορασμένη στα 113 θεωρώ είναι οριακά ακριβό για τα αντίστοιχα της αγοράς. Αλλά γενικά αξίζει. Να σημειώσω ότι έχω γάτα όχι σκύλο.
(+) Θετικά:
1) Απίστευτη ποιότητα κατασκευής, τα πλαστικά, το ίνοξ, η ταίστρα είναι μαγνητική, μια μαγεία σαν κατασκευή.
2) Η εφαρμογή της Xiaomi, γνωστή, αξιόπιστη και κάνει παπάδες. Μπορείς να προγραμματίσεις το φαγητό σε όσα γεύματα θες την ημέρα αλλά όχι με γραμμάρια αλλά με δόσεις η οποία είναι περίπου 5γρ η δόση. Οπότε αν θέλετε 20γρ φαγητό προγραμματίζετε 4 δόσεις. Μπορεί να βγάλει και χειροκίνητα φαγητό είτε από την εφαρμογή είτε από το κουμπί (μπορεί να επανεργοποιηθεί).
3) Σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος υποστηρίζει μπαταρίες (4 AA) οι οποίες όμως δεν υπάρχουν στη συσκευασία αλλά τις βρίσκεις στο σούπερ μάρκετ. Ξεβιδώνεις από κάτω ένα καπάκι, το τραβάς προς τα πάνω όπως δείχνει το βελάκι και ανοίγει η θήκη που μπαίνουν οι μπαταρίες.
4) Εχει ένα ειδικό φίλτρο στη ταίστρα (πάνω στο καπάκι) που κρατάει τη τροφή φρέσκια με τα συστατικά αναλλοίωτα, όπως λέει, και προφανώς κρατάει τη μυρωδιά εγκλωβισμένη (να μη μυρίζει ο χώρος τροφή).
5) Δεν πέφτουν κροκέτες όσο μετακινείς τη συσκευή σε αντίθεση με άλλες εταιρίες ούτε η γάτα μπορεί να ανοίξει το καπάκι όσο κι αν προσπαθήσει. Έχει πολύ καλό μηχανισμό και θέλει μεγάλη και καλή προσπάθεια με 2 ανθρώπινα χέρια για να βγει το καπάκι και να πάρεις πρόσβαση στη τροφή.
6) Όπως σε όλα τα προϊόντα της Xiaomi βρίσκεις εύκολα στα κινέζικα sites μηχανικά ανταλλακτικά και φίλτρα.
(-) Αρνητικά:
1) Πρέπει να αλλάζεις κάθε μήνα το φίλτρο που έχει γύρω στα 5 ευρώ και δεν το βρίσκεις ελλάδα. Πρέπει να το βρεις από εξωτερικό να το παραγγείλεις. Παρήγγειλα ήδη 3 στα 15 εύρω με τα μεταφορικά.
2) Το σημαντικότερο αρνητικό όμως είναι οτι η ταίστρα υποστηρίζει όπως λέει μόνο στρογγυλή ή οβάλ ξηρά τροφή. Οτιδήποτε άλλο περίεργο σχήμα, αστεράκι, τετραγωνάκι κλπ δεν υποστηρίζεται. Εγώ για κακή μου τύχη έχω τροφή με ακανόνιστο σχήμα και το δοκίμασα και το μόνο που παρατήρησα είναι ότι τελικά δεν υπολογίζει σωστά τη δοσολογία. Κάθισα ζύγισα για τα 30 γραμμάρια που θέλω έβαλα 6 δόσεις και δεν έβγαινε. Τις έκανα 7 δόσεις και μετά από πολλές δοκιμές και μετρήσεις μου βγαίνει περίπου 28-31γρ, οπότε είμαι μέσα. Λίγο πειραματισμό θέλει και το βρίσκεις. Απλά με προβληματίζει που λέει μη βάλετε ακανόνιστο σχήμα τροφής γιατί θα χαλάσει ο μηχανισμός τροφοδοσίας. Πάλι καλά όμως βρήκα ανταλλακτικό του μηχανισμού τροφής, οπότε αν χαλάσει θα το φτιάξω.
Θα επανέλθω για οτιδήποτε νεότερο.
My cat was crying begging for food. I thought he was being dramatic until I used a scale to weigh his portions. Twice the feeder dispensed less portions. Only 8grams when I had scheduled 3portions (approx 15g) and 4grams when I had scheduled 2portions (approx 10g). I would tolerate a 1 2 gram difference as its mechanical drop and not weighted but I have obviously been feeding my cat half the daily amount for two weeks
The machine is very practical for someone who wants to feed multiple times a day but needs to be away from home for work or goes to bed early, but your carnivorous cat "hunts" mainly at night.
I have set up a feeding schedule and have been running it continuously for a month now. It did not need reprogramming unless I wanted to change a feeding myself. It has an option to dispense food manually on the spot. The app is very simple to use, just be careful! Because the grams it says it dispenses have a small deviation of about 3-4 grams less (I weighed it several times to check), so if you want to do specific feedings you may need to increase the size of the portions so that it matches reality. An extra is that at first it tried to bite it open but the construction is strong and it withstood without a scratch or any mark and without opening!!
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ πρακτικό για κάποιο που θέλει να κάνει πολλές φορές τάισμα μέσα στην ημέρα αλλά χρειάζεται να λείπει από το σπίτι για να εργαστεί ή κοιμάται νωρίς, αλλά ο καρνιβορας γάτος σας "κυνηγάει" κατεξοχήν το βράδυ.
Έχω βάλει πρόγραμμα ταισματος και το λειτουργώ συνεχόμενα ένα μήνα τώρα. Δεν χρειάστηκε επαναπρογραμματισμό εκτός και αν ήθελα εγώ να αλλάξω κάποιο τάισμα. έχει επιλογή να ρίξεις τροφή και χειροκίνητα επί τόπου. Το app είναι πολύ απλό στην χρήση μόνο προσοχή! γιατί τα γραμμάρια που λέει ότι ρίχνει έχουν μια μικρή απόκλιση της τάξεως των 3-4 γρ μείον(τα ζύγισα πολλές φορές για να το τσεκαρω), οπότε αν θέλετε να κάνετε συγκεκριμένα ταισματα ίσως χρειαστεί να ανεβάσετε το μέγεθος των portions=μερίδων ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα. Έξτρα είναι ότι στην αρχή προσπάθησε να το δαγκώσει για να το ανοίξει αλλά η κατασκευή είναι δυνατή και άντεξε χωρίς γρατζουνιά ή άλλο σημάδι και χωρίς να ανοίξει!!
After almost 3 years of uninterrupted operation, I can say that it is reliable. Lately, the mechanism struggles when I fill the container more than 2/3 full.

Honest choice and clearly VFM for use with a cat on dry food.
It does not measure the quantity with absolute accuracy in grams, it works approximately, where one "dispense" corresponds to about 5g. However, for daily management it is sufficient, especially if you have already calculated the total daily consumption.
• You can create as many feeding scenarios as you want.
• You set how often it will dispense food and how many grams (via "dispenses").
• It has indicators (LED) for:
• internet connection
• low food level
• It includes a filter to protect the food (humidity/oxidation).
• Stable and reliable operation.
For a cat that eats dry food and needs schedule/quantity control without being obsessed with absolute gram accuracy, it is a very good choice in its price category.

Δεν μετράει την ποσότητα με απόλυτη ακρίβεια σε γραμμάρια, λειτουργεί με προσέγγιση, όπου ένα «ρίξιμο» αντιστοιχεί περίπου σε 5g. Για καθημερινή διαχείριση όμως είναι επαρκές, ειδικά αν έχεις ήδη υπολογίσει τη συνολική ημερήσια κατανάλωση.

I have had it for 5 months, and I am very satisfied. It requires some testing with the dosage, it works even when the power or the internet goes out. It has made things much easier for me.

Very easy to use, you input nutritional value and pet weight and it automatically gives you dosages. No issues with connectivity and it has never jammed on kibble even though I use a mix of sizes and shapes.

I've had it for almost a year, it hasn't had any issues. The app works perfectly and remotely. It's worth the money. The only downside is that the filter needs to be changed monthly, which is sold separately. However, be careful because it doesn't support all types of food shapes. Nevertheless, I have used it for Purina ProPlan Sterilised Renal+ and Royal Canin Kitten and I haven't had any problems
Την έχω σχεδόν ένα χρόνο, δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα. Η εφαρμογή λειτουργεί τέλεια και εξ αποστάσεως. Αξίζει τα χρήματα της. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι χρειάζεται αλλαγή ανά μήνα το φίλτρο, το οποίο εννοείται πωλείται ξεχωριστά. Προσοχή όμως γιατί δεν υποστηρίζει όλα τα σχήματα τροφών. Παρόλα αυτά εγώ την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει για την Purina ProPlan Sterilised Renal+ και για την Royal Canin Kitten και δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα

I got two for the 2 cats I have, who stay alone for several hours or even 1-2 days in a row, mainly during the summer months. It also helped with scheduling regular evening meals so they can be tricked and not wake me up from 5 or 6 in the morning to eat. Cats are creatures of habit and adapt easily to a routine. I have set them up for 6 meals a day of 1 or 2 portions (each portion about 5g), so they eat about 50g a day. I see that one of my cats, who was overweight, has returned to a more normal weight and the other, who was normal, is stable, so they are eating properly.
I don't think the replacement filter needs to be changed every 30 days as it says. I have noticed that the kibble remains crunchy and doesn't lose its smell even after 2-3 months of using the same filter. What needs to be done regularly, at least once every 2 months, is to open it, partially disassemble it, and clean the feeder inside. It has a rotor inside that opens as it turns and the kibble falls. Over time, it collects residue from the kibble (crumbs, pieces) and gets stuck, doesn't turn properly, and shows an error.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with the feeders because they initially freed me up during the summer and I can, for example, go somewhere for a 2-3 day trip without having to send someone to feed the cats, and combined with 1 camera, you can see that they are eating and are okay. But they also did so much good with the evening meals that they no longer wake me up for food and I have them running all year round. They have been in continuous operation for 14 months and have only jammed and failed to dispense food about 10 times. Even then, you just open it, clean it, and it's fine.
EDIT 9/4/25: They are still working! They have been in continuous operation for almost 2.5 years! No particular issues. The only negative I have noticed is that they lose the correct settings with the time change. To change the time on the schedule, you have to delete it and set it up from scratch. But okay, this happens twice a year.
Πήρα δύο για τις 2 γάτες που έχω, που μένουν αρκετές ώρες ή και 1-2 μέρες σερί μόνες τους, κυρίως τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Επίσης βόλεψε με ρύθμιση τακτικών βραδινών γευμάτων ώστε να ξεγελιούνται και να μην με ξυπνάνε από τις 5 ή 6 το πρωί για να φάνε. Οι γάτες είναι ζώα της ρουτίνας και προσαρμόζονται εύκολα σε ένα πρόγραμμα. Τους έχω ρυθμίσει 6 γεύματα τη μέρα των 1 ή 2 μερίδων (κάθε μερίδα περίπου 5γρ), ώστε να τρώνε περίπου 50γρ τη μέρα. Βλέπω ότι η μία μου γάτα που ήταν υπέρβαρη, έχει έρθει στα πιο φυσιολογικά της και η άλλη που ήταν φυσιολογική είναι σταθερή, οπότε τρώνε σωστά.
Δεν θεωρώ ότι το ανταλλακτικό φίλτρο είναι ανάγκη να το αλλάζεις κάθε 30 μέρες που λέει. Έχω παρατηρήσει ότι οι κροκέτες παραμένουν τραγανές και δεν χάνουν τη μυρωδιά τους ακόμα και μετά από 2-3 μήνες χρήσης του ίδιου φίλτρου. Αυτό που χρειάζεται τακτικά σχετικά, έστω μια φορά τους 2 μήνες είναι άνοιγμα, μερική αποσυναρμολόγηση και καθάρισμα της ταΐστρας εσωτερικά. Αυτό έχει μία φτερωτή εσωτερικά που ανοίγει καθώς γυρίζει και πέφτουν οι κροκέτες. Αυτό με τον καιρό, μαζεύει κατάλοιπα από τις κροκέτες (τρίμματα, κομματάκια) και μαγκώνει, δεν γυρίζει σωστά και εμφανίζει σφάλμα.
Γενικά είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από τις ταΐστρες, γιατί μου έλυσαν αρχικά τα χέρια το καλοκαίρι και μπορώ πχ να πάω κάπου ένα 2-3ήμερο χωρίς να πρέπει να στέλνω άνθρωπο να ταΐζει τις γάτες και σε συνδυασμό με 1 κάμερα μπορείς να δεις ότι τρώνε και είναι οκ. Αλλά μου έκαναν και τόσο καλό με τα βραδινά γεύματα που πλέον δεν με ξυπνάνε για φαγητό και τις έχω και λειτουργούν όλο το χρόνο. Έχουν κλείσει 14 μήνες συνεχούς λειτουργίας και ζήτημα να έχουν σκαλώσει και να μην ρίχνουν τροφή 10 φορές. Που και πάλι την ανοίγεις, την καθαρίζεις και είναι οκ.
EDIT 9/4/25: Ακόμα λειτουργούν! Έχουν κλείσει σχεδόν 2,5 χρόνια συνεχούς λειτουργίας! Κανένα ιδιαίτερο θέμα. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω παρατηρήσει είναι ότι χάνουν τις σωστές ρυθμίσεις με την αλλαγή ώρας. Για να αλλάξει η ώρα στο schedule , πρέπει να το διαγράψεις και να το σετάρεις από την αρχή. Αλλά εντάξει, 2 φορές το χρόνο γίνεται αυτό.

Την πήρα και μπορώ πλέον να λείψω κάποιες μέρες από το σπίτι με το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο. Πολύ χρήσιμο ότι έχει και μπαταρίες και σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος συνεχίζει κανονικά. δουλεύει τέλεια με την αντίστοιχη εφαρμογή, δεν έχει αποσυνδεθεί ούτε μια φορά. το ζήτημα της ποσότητας που αναφέρουν και άλλοι ισχύει, αλλά έχει μικρές αποκλείσεις και αν δεν μετράς ακριβώς το κάθε γραμμάριο για το κατοικίδιο σου δεν χρειάζεται να σε προβληματίζει

I cry for the money I spent. No reliability in its use, if the internet goes down, it malfunctions. Insufficient usage instructions, it doesn't easily find the WiFi. I travel often and I don't feel any security for my cats with this device... a very bad purchase

The connection with Wifi and the Xiaomi Home App is perfect, you can easily adjust it even when you're not at home.
This whole story about the filter is nonsense. I haven't changed the filter for 3 months and there are no issues or odors.
The only small drawback is that the quantities it dispenses in each small dose are not perfectly consistent, but since you use 3-6 doses per meal, it balances out overall. For every small amount it dispenses, it makes up for it in the next one.

Η σύνδεση με Wifi και το Xiaomi Home App είναι τέλεια, το ρυθμίζεις πανευκολα και ακόμα και εκτός σπίτιου.
Αυτή η ιστορία με το φίλτρο, είναι μούφα. Δεν του έχω αλλάξει φίλτρο για 3 μήνες και δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα ή μυρωδιές.
Το μόνο μικρό μειονέκτημα είναι ότι οι ποσότητες που βγάζει σε κάθε 1 μικροδόση δεν είναι απόλυτα σταθερές, αλλά επειδή βάζεις 3-6 σε κάθε γέυμα, συνολικά το πετυχαίνει. Για κάθε μία που βγαίνει τσιγκούνικη, αυτά που χρωστάει τα βγάζει στην επόμενη.
Very good. It has saved my hands. The only thing one should test is how many portions correspond to its food (by manually dropping food into the measuring cup 2-3 times, I already did it myself) in order to roughly drop the correct grams.
Παρά πολύ καλή. Μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια. Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να τεστάρει κανεις είναι ποσα portions αντιστοιχούν στην τροφή του (με 2-3 φορές ρίχνοντας manually τροφή στο κυπελλάκι που την μέτραγα ήδη το έκανα εγώ) ώστε να ρίχνει κατά προσέγγιση τα σωστά γραμμάρια.
Very beautiful design! Although I have an iPhone, it connected very easily because I had it in mind based on other reviews I had read! Pay attention if you have a 5ghz internet signal to switch it to 2.4 otherwise it won't connect, it says so in the instructions. It gave me a hard time the first 2 days because it was feeding at RANDOM HOURS. I had set three feedings at 7:00-14:00-21:00 and it would dispense at 6:00-12:00-18:00. I restarted the device and the app and everything was fine! Also, even though it said it doesn't work with triangular-shaped food, it works perfectly fine for me! GREAT ATTENTION to the quantities, they differ quite a bit from the ones in the app, maybe because of the shape, I don't know, but in any case, the first few days require 2-3 weighings to understand what and how! I believe that if you dedicate a little time and figure it out, it will make your life easier and keep the food fresher for longer!
Πολύ όμορφος σχεδιασμός! Παρόλο που έχω IPhone συνδέθηκε πολύ εύκολα γιατί το είχα στο μυαλό μου με βάση αλλες κριτικές που είχα διαβάσει! Προσέξτε αν έχετε σήμα internet 5ghz να το κάνετε switch σε 2.4 αλλιώς δε συνδέεται, το λένε και οι οδηγίες. Με ζορισε τις 2 πρώτες μέρες πολύ γιατί τάιζε ΟΤΙ ΩΡΕΣ ΝΑΝΑΙ. Δηλαδή είχα βάλει τρία ταΐσματα 7:00-14:00-21:00 και αυτο έριχνε 6:00-12:00:18:00. Έκανα ένα restart τη συσκευή και την εφαρμογή και όλα μια χαρά! επίσης ενώ έλεγε ότι δε λειτουργεί με τριγωνικό σχήμα τροφής εμένα βγαίνει μια χαρά! ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στις ποσότητες δλδ διαφέρουν αρκετά με αυτές τις εφαρμογής, μπορεί και λόγω σχήματος δε ξέρω πάντως τις πρώτες μέρες χρειαζονται 2-3 ζυγίσματα για να καταλάβεις τι και πως! Θεωρώ πως αν αφιερώσεις λίγο χρόνο και το βρεις μετά σου λύνει τα χέρια και κρατάει φρέσκια περισσότερο την τροφή!
Not reliable at all. Although the croquettes are small and do not cause a problem, the machine constantly gets blocked and the operation stops until the main button is pressed to start again... What's the point of having wifi and remote operation then??? Not a good purchase at all.

In use for a one month. Was difficult to connect, since it didn’t connect to the Internet. After we changed the time one hour front, the fitter didn’t change it and it stays one hour back. It doesn’t allow me to change. My cat is diabetic and he must follow the schedule, however at the moment the fitter doesn’t help at all
Very good application for handling the feeder and overall very satisfied.
However, be very careful with the portions and the quantity of food. Each portion has huge variations, and your pet may end up not eating the proper amount of food. You need to take multiple measurements to figure out the right number of portions.
The indicative grams shown by the application should not be considered at all, they have no relation to reality. You need a very accurate measurement with a scale to find the correct number of portions.
That's why I give it 3 stars because it is a very important factor. Otherwise, it is a very good feeder and it doesn't lack anything.

Μεγάλη προσοχή όμως στις μερίδες και στην ποσότητα τροφής. Κάθε μερίδα έχει τεράστιες αποκλίσεις, και μπορεί να καταλήξετε το κατοικίδιο σας να μην τρώει την τροφή που του αναλογεί. Πρέπει να πάρετε πολλές μετρήσεις για να βγάλετε άκρη να καταλήξετε κάπου.
Τα ενδεικτικά γραμμάρια που δείχνει η εφαρμογή μην τα υπολογίζετε καν δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα θέλει πολύ καλή μέτρημα με ζυγαριά για να βρείτε τον σωστό αριθμό μερίδων.
Είναι ο λόγος που βάζω 3 αστέρια γιατί είναι πολύ σημαντικός παράγοντας. Κατά τα άλλα είναι πολύ καλή ταιστρα και δεν της λείπει κάτι.
For me, it is important for the cat to eat a specific amount of dry food per day. I had a bad experience with this particular feeder that provided uneven amounts for the same number of portions every time (see table). My food is oval, not irregular, and within an acceptable diameter range (6-12mm). The differences were so obvious that they were visible to the naked eye. I should also note that the measurements presented in the table were made with a kitchen scale that rounds to the nearest gram. So when you see 4 grams in one case and in another, apart from possible differences in food density, the weight could be from 4.1 to 4.9 (I imagine that above 4.5, the scale rounds to 5 and not from 4.5). In any case, the volume of food dispensed by the feeder each time was completely different, and as you know, it is not regulated by weight but mechanically through the compartment. I don't know if I got a defective product, which is why I have also raised a question in the product's inquiries below. However, I was forced to return it, and to their credit, the store refunded me without a second thought.
Για εμένα είναι σημαντικό η γάτα να τρώει συγκεκριμένη ποσότητα ξηράς τροφής την ημέρα. Tην πάτησα άσχημα με την συγκεκριμένη ταίστρα που μου έδινε άνισες ποσότητες για τον ίδιο αριθμό μερίδων πάντα πχ 1 μερίδα κάθε φορά...(βλέπε πίνακα). Η τροφή μου είναι οβάλ όχι ακανόνιστη και μέσα στο εύρος αποδεκτής διαμέτρου (6-12mm). Οι διαφορές ήταν κραυγαλέες σε σημείο που ήταν ορατές με το μάτι. Να σημειώσω επίσης ότι οι ζυγίσεις που παρουσιάζονται στον πίνακα έγιναν με ζυγαριά ακριβείας κουζίνας που όμως στρογγυλοποιεί στο 1 γραμμάριο. Οπότε όταν κανείς βλέπει 4 γραμμάρια και στην μία περίπτωση και στην άλλη, πέρα απο πιθανές διαφορές στην πυκνότητα της τροφής, μπορεί το βάρος να είναι από 4,1 έως και 4,9 (φαντάζομαι ότι από εκεί και πάνωη ζυγαριά στρογγυλοποιεί στο 5 και όχι από τα 4,5). Όπως και να έχει, ο όγκος της τροφής που έβγαζε κάθε φορά η ταίστρα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικός και όπως γνωρίζετε δεν ρυθμίζεται με το βάρος η ποσότητα αλλά μηχανικά μέσω της θήκης.
Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα σε ελατωμματικό προιόν και για αυτό έχω θέσει και ερώτημα παρακάτω στις ερωτήσεις του προϊόντος. Αναγκάστηκα πάντως να την επιστρέψω, και το κατάστημα προς τιμήν του μου επέστρεψε τα χρήματα χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα.
I never believed that a pet feeder could become smart.. never say never. The product is flawless, the quality/price ratio is excellent. It can hold about one and a half kilos (maybe a little more) of dry food and has feeding programs for the hours and quantity desired by the pet owner. It serves more than one animal, which was the problem if it would happen, resulting in providing peace of mind and security. It has the pet's profile (name/weight/age) and decides on the quantity and hours. With three constantly hungry kittens, it has served me and mainly the animals have freed me from their food. A special function is the feeding of the animals in case of a power outage, using the batteries that are inserted at a point on the base. Soon enough, the living ones find each other and eat in turn, no one is left complaining. In combination with the water dispenser, it is an excellent choice.
Δεν πιστευα ποτε οτι μια ταιστρα κατοικιδιου θα μπορούσε να γινει smart.. ποτε μην λες ποτε. Το προιον ειναι αψογο, η σχεση ποιοτητας/τιμης εξαιρετικη. Χωραει περιπου εναμιση κιλο (ισως λιγο παραπανω) ξηρας τροφής και διαθετει προγραμματα σιτισης τις ωρες που θελει ο ζωοφιλος και την ποσοτητα που θελει. Εξυπηρετει περισσοτερα απο ενα ζωα, που ηταν και το προβλημα αν θα γινοταν, με αποτελεσμα να προσφερει ξενοιασια και σιγουρια. Διαθέτει προφιλ του ζωου (ονομα/κιλα/ηλικια) και αποφασιζει για την ποσοτητα και τις ωρες. Με τρια μονιμως πεινασμενα γατακια, με εχει εξυπηρετησει και κυριως τα ζωα εχουν αποδεσμευσει εμενα απο το φαγητο τους. Ιδιαιτερη ΄λειτουργια το ταισμα των ζωων ε πριπτωση που θα πεσει το ρευμα χρησιμοποιωντας τις μπαταριες που εισαγονται σε ενα σημειο της βασης. Σε λιγο καιρο, τα ζωντανα τα βρισκουν μεταξυ τους και τρωνε με την σειρα, κανεις δεν μενει παραπονεμενος. Σε συνδυασμο με την ποτιστρα ειναι μια εξαιρετικη επολογη.
Very good product for cats. Very easy to use and connected immediately with the Xiaomi app.
Sends notifications after each feeding but also for anything needed, e.g. lack of food, filter change, cleaning, etc.
Works with electricity and has battery backup in case of power outage.
The only negative is that it doesn't accurately calculate the grams it dispenses, but that has to do with the size of the kibble.

Λειτουργεί με ρεύμα και backup μπαταρίες σε περίπτωση διακοπής.
Το μόνο αρνητικό του είναι ότι δεν υπολογίζει σωστά τα γραμμάρια που βγάζει, όμως έχει να κάνει με το μέγεθος της κροκέτας.
Απολύτως ευχαριστημένη μετά από τρεις μήνες χρήσης!

Very good, it has really helped me out... I’m going on vacation and I’m not worried about the little one. P.S. It takes batteries at the bottom in case of a power outage and feeds automatically according to the settings you have set beforehand.
Update almost a year later:
The “weighing” is mechanical, meaning the kibbles enter some chambers, and theoretically each chamber holds 5 grams of food. Logically, it’s impossible for exactly 5 grams to fall each time. The size of the kibble matters and how many happen to go into the chamber. You need to do tests with a scale, and personally I found that from 10 grams and up (in one feeding), the amount that falls is more accurate. My cat theoretically should eat 75g a day, which I have set to be dispensed automatically 3 times a day. I give him another 10g extra per day (5g in two presses) manually—once when I get up in the morning and once when I get home—partly because he’s fussy and asks for it, and partly to make up for any mistakes in the scale’s measurements. In conclusion, it’s a wonderful and quality machine, but only as accurate as its technology allows. Through your own measurements and tests with your pet, you’ll eventually figure out how many times a day and how much the feeder should dispense. Our pets are living beings, not machines or cars, they’re not all the same, there’s no manual for feeding them. Don’t stress above all—whether they eat 5g more or less a day, nothing will happen, they won’t starve or become obese in 1-2 months. You’ll weigh them during this trial period until you get used to the feeder, and you’ll figure out how you should use it. This small hassle is definitely worth it when you consider you won’t have to worry about their food if something urgent comes up or if they need to stay alone for a day or two.
πολύ καλή, μου δει λύσει τα χερια.. θα φύγω διακοπές και δεν αγχώνομαι για το μικρό. ΥΓ παίρνει μπαταρίες από κάτω σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος ταΐζει αυτόματα στις ρυθμίσεις που έχετε θέσει από πριν.

Η "ζυγιση" είναι μηχανική, δηλαδή, εισέρχονται οι κροκέτες σε κάποιους θαλάμους που θεωρητικά ο κάθε θάλαμος χωράει 5 γραμμάρια τροφής. Βάση λογικής αποκλείεται να πέσουν 5 γραμμάρια ακριβώς. Παίζει ρόλο το μέγεθος της κροκετας και ποσα θα τύχει να μπουν μέσα στο θάλαμο. Πρέπει να κάνετε δοκιμές με ζυγαριά και προσωπικά βρήκα πως από 10 γραμμάρια και πάνω (σε ένα ταισμα) είναι πιο ακριβής η ποσότητα που θα πέσει. Εμένα ο γάτος μου θεωρητικά πρέπει να τρώει την ημέρα 75γρ τα οποία τα έχω αυτόματα 3 φορές τη μέρα. Του δίνω αλλά 10γρ έξτρα την ημέρα (από 5γρ σε δύο πατηματα) χειροκίνητα μια φορά όταν σηκώνομαι το πρωι και μια φορά όταν γυρνάω σπίτι αφενός γιατί είναι γκρινιάρης και μου ζητάει αφετέρου για να προλάβω τυχόν λάθος στις μετρήσεις της ζυγαριάς. Εν κατακλείδι είναι υπέροχο μηχάνημα και ποιοτικό αλλά ακριβές όσο του επιτρέπει η τεχνολογία του. Μέσα από δικές σας μετρήσεις και δοκιμές με το ζώο σας θα καταλήξετε με τον καιρό στο πόσες φορές τη μέρα και από ποσό πρέπει να ρίχνει η ζυγαριά. Τα ζωάκια μας είναι ζωντανοί οργανισμοί, δεν είναι μηχανάκια και αυτοκίνητα, δεν είναι όλα ίδια, δεν υπάρχει μανουαλ για το τάισμα τους. Μην αγχώνεστε πάνω απ όλα είτε τρώνε 5γρ παραπάνω τη μέρα είτε 5γρ λιγότερο δεν θα πάθουν κάτι δεν θα λιμοκτονησουν ούτε θα γίνουν παχύσαρκα σε 1-2 μήνες. Θα τα ζυγίζετε αυτή τη δοκιμαστική περίοδο μέχρι να εξοικιωθειτε με την ταιστρα και θα καταλήξετε στο πως πρέπει να την δουλεύετε. Αυτή η μικρή ταλαιπωρία βέβαια αξίζει αν σκεφτείτε πως δεν θα έχετε την έγνοια του όσον αφορά το φαγητό αν τύχει κάτι έκτακτο ή αν χρειαστεί να μείνει και μόνο του για μια δυο μέρες.
The machine is very practical for someone who wants to feed multiple times a day but needs to be away from home for work or goes to bed early, but your carnivorous cat "hunts" mainly at night.
I have set up a feeding schedule and have been running it continuously for a month now. It did not need reprogramming unless I wanted to change a feeding myself. It has an option to dispense food manually on the spot. The app is very simple to use, just be careful! Because the grams it says it dispenses have a small deviation of about 3-4 grams less (I weighed it several times to check), so if you want to do specific feedings you may need to increase the size of the portions so that it matches reality. An extra is that at first it tried to bite it open but the construction is strong and it withstood without a scratch or any mark and without opening!!
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ πρακτικό για κάποιο που θέλει να κάνει πολλές φορές τάισμα μέσα στην ημέρα αλλά χρειάζεται να λείπει από το σπίτι για να εργαστεί ή κοιμάται νωρίς, αλλά ο καρνιβορας γάτος σας "κυνηγάει" κατεξοχήν το βράδυ.
Έχω βάλει πρόγραμμα ταισματος και το λειτουργώ συνεχόμενα ένα μήνα τώρα. Δεν χρειάστηκε επαναπρογραμματισμό εκτός και αν ήθελα εγώ να αλλάξω κάποιο τάισμα. έχει επιλογή να ρίξεις τροφή και χειροκίνητα επί τόπου. Το app είναι πολύ απλό στην χρήση μόνο προσοχή! γιατί τα γραμμάρια που λέει ότι ρίχνει έχουν μια μικρή απόκλιση της τάξεως των 3-4 γρ μείον(τα ζύγισα πολλές φορές για να το τσεκαρω), οπότε αν θέλετε να κάνετε συγκεκριμένα ταισματα ίσως χρειαστεί να ανεβάσετε το μέγεθος των portions=μερίδων ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα. Έξτρα είναι ότι στην αρχή προσπάθησε να το δαγκώσει για να το ανοίξει αλλά η κατασκευή είναι δυνατή και άντεξε χωρίς γρατζουνιά ή άλλο σημάδι και χωρίς να ανοίξει!!
After almost 3 years of uninterrupted operation, I can say that it is reliable. Lately, the mechanism struggles when I fill the container more than 2/3 full.

Honest choice and clearly VFM for use with a cat on dry food.
It does not measure the quantity with absolute accuracy in grams, it works approximately, where one "dispense" corresponds to about 5g. However, for daily management it is sufficient, especially if you have already calculated the total daily consumption.
• You can create as many feeding scenarios as you want.
• You set how often it will dispense food and how many grams (via "dispenses").
• It has indicators (LED) for:
• internet connection
• low food level
• It includes a filter to protect the food (humidity/oxidation).
• Stable and reliable operation.
For a cat that eats dry food and needs schedule/quantity control without being obsessed with absolute gram accuracy, it is a very good choice in its price category.

I just received it and I will share my initial impressions. Initially purchased for 113 euros, I consider it slightly expensive compared to similar products on the market. However, it is generally worth it. I should note that I have a cat, not a dog.
(+) Positives:
1) Incredible build quality, the plastics, stainless steel, and feeder are magnetic, a construction marvel.
2) The Xiaomi app, well-known, reliable, and works wonders. You can program the meals for as many times as you want during the day, not in grams but in portions, which are about 5g each. So, if you want 20g of food, you program 4 portions. It can also dispense food manually either through the app or the button (can be reactivated).
3) In case of power outage, it supports batteries (4 AA), which are not included in the package but can be found at the supermarket. You unscrew a cap at the bottom, pull it upwards as indicated by the arrow, and the compartment for the batteries opens.
4) It has a special filter on the feeder (on the lid) that keeps the food fresh with the ingredients intact, as it claims, and obviously traps the smell (to prevent the space from smelling like food).
5) The kibbles do not fall out when you move the device, unlike other brands, and the cat cannot open the lid no matter how hard it tries. It has a very good mechanism and requires a significant effort with two human hands to remove the lid and access the food.
6) Like all Xiaomi products, you can easily find mechanical spare parts and filters on Chinese websites.
(-) Negatives:
1) You have to change the filter every month, which costs around 5 euros, and you cannot find it in Greece. You have to order it from abroad. I have already ordered 3 filters for 15 euros including shipping.
2) The most significant drawback, however, is that the feeder only supports round or oval-shaped dry food, as it claims. Anything else with a peculiar shape, star-shaped, square, etc., is not supported. Unfortunately, I have food with an irregular shape and I tried it, and the only thing I noticed is that it does not accurately calculate the dosage. I weighed 30 grams, put in 6 portions, and it didn't work. I made it 7 portions and after many attempts and measurements, it gives me around 28-31g, so I am within the range. It requires some experimentation, but you can find a solution. I am just concerned that it says not to put irregular-shaped food because it will damage the feeding mechanism. Luckily, I found a replacement for the feeding mechanism, so if it breaks, I will fix it.
I will provide an update for any new developments.
Μόλις τη παρέλαβα και θα πω τις αρχικές μου εντυπώσεις. Αρχικά αγορασμένη στα 113 θεωρώ είναι οριακά ακριβό για τα αντίστοιχα της αγοράς. Αλλά γενικά αξίζει. Να σημειώσω ότι έχω γάτα όχι σκύλο.
(+) Θετικά:
1) Απίστευτη ποιότητα κατασκευής, τα πλαστικά, το ίνοξ, η ταίστρα είναι μαγνητική, μια μαγεία σαν κατασκευή.
2) Η εφαρμογή της Xiaomi, γνωστή, αξιόπιστη και κάνει παπάδες. Μπορείς να προγραμματίσεις το φαγητό σε όσα γεύματα θες την ημέρα αλλά όχι με γραμμάρια αλλά με δόσεις η οποία είναι περίπου 5γρ η δόση. Οπότε αν θέλετε 20γρ φαγητό προγραμματίζετε 4 δόσεις. Μπορεί να βγάλει και χειροκίνητα φαγητό είτε από την εφαρμογή είτε από το κουμπί (μπορεί να επανεργοποιηθεί).
3) Σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος υποστηρίζει μπαταρίες (4 AA) οι οποίες όμως δεν υπάρχουν στη συσκευασία αλλά τις βρίσκεις στο σούπερ μάρκετ. Ξεβιδώνεις από κάτω ένα καπάκι, το τραβάς προς τα πάνω όπως δείχνει το βελάκι και ανοίγει η θήκη που μπαίνουν οι μπαταρίες.
4) Εχει ένα ειδικό φίλτρο στη ταίστρα (πάνω στο καπάκι) που κρατάει τη τροφή φρέσκια με τα συστατικά αναλλοίωτα, όπως λέει, και προφανώς κρατάει τη μυρωδιά εγκλωβισμένη (να μη μυρίζει ο χώρος τροφή).
5) Δεν πέφτουν κροκέτες όσο μετακινείς τη συσκευή σε αντίθεση με άλλες εταιρίες ούτε η γάτα μπορεί να ανοίξει το καπάκι όσο κι αν προσπαθήσει. Έχει πολύ καλό μηχανισμό και θέλει μεγάλη και καλή προσπάθεια με 2 ανθρώπινα χέρια για να βγει το καπάκι και να πάρεις πρόσβαση στη τροφή.
6) Όπως σε όλα τα προϊόντα της Xiaomi βρίσκεις εύκολα στα κινέζικα sites μηχανικά ανταλλακτικά και φίλτρα.
(-) Αρνητικά:
1) Πρέπει να αλλάζεις κάθε μήνα το φίλτρο που έχει γύρω στα 5 ευρώ και δεν το βρίσκεις ελλάδα. Πρέπει να το βρεις από εξωτερικό να το παραγγείλεις. Παρήγγειλα ήδη 3 στα 15 εύρω με τα μεταφορικά.
2) Το σημαντικότερο αρνητικό όμως είναι οτι η ταίστρα υποστηρίζει όπως λέει μόνο στρογγυλή ή οβάλ ξηρά τροφή. Οτιδήποτε άλλο περίεργο σχήμα, αστεράκι, τετραγωνάκι κλπ δεν υποστηρίζεται. Εγώ για κακή μου τύχη έχω τροφή με ακανόνιστο σχήμα και το δοκίμασα και το μόνο που παρατήρησα είναι ότι τελικά δεν υπολογίζει σωστά τη δοσολογία. Κάθισα ζύγισα για τα 30 γραμμάρια που θέλω έβαλα 6 δόσεις και δεν έβγαινε. Τις έκανα 7 δόσεις και μετά από πολλές δοκιμές και μετρήσεις μου βγαίνει περίπου 28-31γρ, οπότε είμαι μέσα. Λίγο πειραματισμό θέλει και το βρίσκεις. Απλά με προβληματίζει που λέει μη βάλετε ακανόνιστο σχήμα τροφής γιατί θα χαλάσει ο μηχανισμός τροφοδοσίας. Πάλι καλά όμως βρήκα ανταλλακτικό του μηχανισμού τροφής, οπότε αν χαλάσει θα το φτιάξω.
Θα επανέλθω για οτιδήποτε νεότερο.
My cat was crying begging for food. I thought he was being dramatic until I used a scale to weigh his portions. Twice the feeder dispensed less portions. Only 8grams when I had scheduled 3portions (approx 15g) and 4grams when I had scheduled 2portions (approx 10g). I would tolerate a 1 2 gram difference as its mechanical drop and not weighted but I have obviously been feeding my cat half the daily amount for two weeks
The machine is very practical for someone who wants to feed multiple times a day but needs to be away from home for work or goes to bed early, but your carnivorous cat "hunts" mainly at night.
I have set up a feeding schedule and have been running it continuously for a month now. It did not need reprogramming unless I wanted to change a feeding myself. It has an option to dispense food manually on the spot. The app is very simple to use, just be careful! Because the grams it says it dispenses have a small deviation of about 3-4 grams less (I weighed it several times to check), so if you want to do specific feedings you may need to increase the size of the portions so that it matches reality. An extra is that at first it tried to bite it open but the construction is strong and it withstood without a scratch or any mark and without opening!!
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ πρακτικό για κάποιο που θέλει να κάνει πολλές φορές τάισμα μέσα στην ημέρα αλλά χρειάζεται να λείπει από το σπίτι για να εργαστεί ή κοιμάται νωρίς, αλλά ο καρνιβορας γάτος σας "κυνηγάει" κατεξοχήν το βράδυ.
Έχω βάλει πρόγραμμα ταισματος και το λειτουργώ συνεχόμενα ένα μήνα τώρα. Δεν χρειάστηκε επαναπρογραμματισμό εκτός και αν ήθελα εγώ να αλλάξω κάποιο τάισμα. έχει επιλογή να ρίξεις τροφή και χειροκίνητα επί τόπου. Το app είναι πολύ απλό στην χρήση μόνο προσοχή! γιατί τα γραμμάρια που λέει ότι ρίχνει έχουν μια μικρή απόκλιση της τάξεως των 3-4 γρ μείον(τα ζύγισα πολλές φορές για να το τσεκαρω), οπότε αν θέλετε να κάνετε συγκεκριμένα ταισματα ίσως χρειαστεί να ανεβάσετε το μέγεθος των portions=μερίδων ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα. Έξτρα είναι ότι στην αρχή προσπάθησε να το δαγκώσει για να το ανοίξει αλλά η κατασκευή είναι δυνατή και άντεξε χωρίς γρατζουνιά ή άλλο σημάδι και χωρίς να ανοίξει!!
After almost 3 years of uninterrupted operation, I can say that it is reliable. Lately, the mechanism struggles when I fill the container more than 2/3 full.

Honest choice and clearly VFM for use with a cat on dry food.
It does not measure the quantity with absolute accuracy in grams, it works approximately, where one "dispense" corresponds to about 5g. However, for daily management it is sufficient, especially if you have already calculated the total daily consumption.
• You can create as many feeding scenarios as you want.
• You set how often it will dispense food and how many grams (via "dispenses").
• It has indicators (LED) for:
• internet connection
• low food level
• It includes a filter to protect the food (humidity/oxidation).
• Stable and reliable operation.
For a cat that eats dry food and needs schedule/quantity control without being obsessed with absolute gram accuracy, it is a very good choice in its price category.

I have had it for 5 months, and I am very satisfied. It requires some testing with the dosage, it works even when the power or the internet goes out. It has made things much easier for me.

I've had it for almost a year, it hasn't had any issues. The app works perfectly and remotely. It's worth the money. The only downside is that the filter needs to be changed monthly, which is sold separately. However, be careful because it doesn't support all types of food shapes. Την έχω σχεδόν ένα χρόνο, δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα. Η εφαρμογή λειτουργεί τέλεια και εξ αποστάσεως. Αξίζει τα χρήματα της. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι χρειάζεται αλλαγή ανά μήνα το φίλτρο, το οποίο εννοείται πωλείται ξεχωριστά. Προσοχή όμως γιατί δεν υποστηρίζει όλα τα σχήματα τροφών. I got two for the 2 cats I have, who stay alone for several hours or even 1-2 days in a row, mainly during the summer months. It also helped with scheduling regular evening meals so they can be tricked and not wake me up from 5 or 6 in the morning to eat. Cats are creatures of habit and adapt easily to a routine. I have set them up for 6 meals a day of 1 or 2 portions (each portion about 5g), so they eat about 50g a day. I see that one of my cats, who was overweight, has returned to a more normal weight and the other, who was normal, is stable, so they are eating properly.
I don't think the replacement filter needs to be changed every 30 days as it says. I have noticed that the kibble remains crunchy and doesn't lose its smell even after 2-3 months of using the same filter. What needs to be done regularly, at least once every 2 months, is to open it, partially disassemble it, and clean the feeder inside. It has a rotor inside that opens as it turns and the kibble falls. Over time, it collects residue from the kibble (crumbs, pieces) and gets stuck, doesn't turn properly, and shows an error.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with the feeders because they initially freed me up during the summer and I can, for example, go somewhere for a 2-3 day trip without having to send someone to feed the cats, and combined with 1 camera, you can see that they are eating and are okay. But they also did so much good with the evening meals that they no longer wake me up for food and I have them running all year round. They have been in continuous operation for 14 months and have only jammed and failed to dispense food about 10 times. Even then, you just open it, clean it, and it's fine.
EDIT 9/4/25: They are still working! They have been in continuous operation for almost 2.5 years! No particular issues. The only negative I have noticed is that they lose the correct settings with the time change. To change the time on the schedule, you have to delete it and set it up from scratch. But okay, this happens twice a year.
Πήρα δύο για τις 2 γάτες που έχω, που μένουν αρκετές ώρες ή και 1-2 μέρες σερί μόνες τους, κυρίως τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Επίσης βόλεψε με ρύθμιση τακτικών βραδινών γευμάτων ώστε να ξεγελιούνται και να μην με ξυπνάνε από τις 5 ή 6 το πρωί για να φάνε. Οι γάτες είναι ζώα της ρουτίνας και προσαρμόζονται εύκολα σε ένα πρόγραμμα. Τους έχω ρυθμίσει 6 γεύματα τη μέρα των 1 ή 2 μερίδων (κάθε μερίδα περίπου 5γρ), ώστε να τρώνε περίπου 50γρ τη μέρα. Βλέπω ότι η μία μου γάτα που ήταν υπέρβαρη, έχει έρθει στα πιο φυσιολογικά της και η άλλη που ήταν φυσιολογική είναι σταθερή, οπότε τρώνε σωστά.
Δεν θεωρώ ότι το ανταλλακτικό φίλτρο είναι ανάγκη να το αλλάζεις κάθε 30 μέρες που λέει. Έχω παρατηρήσει ότι οι κροκέτες παραμένουν τραγανές και δεν χάνουν τη μυρωδιά τους ακόμα και μετά από 2-3 μήνες χρήσης του ίδιου φίλτρου. Αυτό που χρειάζεται τακτικά σχετικά, έστω μια φορά τους 2 μήνες είναι άνοιγμα, μερική αποσυναρμολόγηση και καθάρισμα της ταΐστρας εσωτερικά. Αυτό έχει μία φτερωτή εσωτερικά που ανοίγει καθώς γυρίζει και πέφτουν οι κροκέτες. Αυτό με τον καιρό, μαζεύει κατάλοιπα από τις κροκέτες (τρίμματα, κομματάκια) και μαγκώνει, δεν γυρίζει σωστά και εμφανίζει σφάλμα.
Γενικά είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από τις ταΐστρες, γιατί μου έλυσαν αρχικά τα χέρια το καλοκαίρι και μπορώ πχ να πάω κάπου ένα 2-3ήμερο χωρίς να πρέπει να στέλνω άνθρωπο να ταΐζει τις γάτες και σε συνδυασμό με 1 κάμερα μπορείς να δεις ότι τρώνε και είναι οκ. Αλλά μου έκαναν και τόσο καλό με τα βραδινά γεύματα που πλέον δεν με ξυπνάνε για φαγητό και τις έχω και λειτουργούν όλο το χρόνο. Έχουν κλείσει 14 μήνες συνεχούς λειτουργίας και ζήτημα να έχουν σκαλώσει και να μην ρίχνουν τροφή 10 φορές. Που και πάλι την ανοίγεις, την καθαρίζεις και είναι οκ.
EDIT 9/4/25: Ακόμα λειτουργούν! Έχουν κλείσει σχεδόν 2,5 χρόνια συνεχούς λειτουργίας! Κανένα ιδιαίτερο θέμα. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω παρατηρήσει είναι ότι χάνουν τις σωστές ρυθμίσεις με την αλλαγή ώρας. Για να αλλάξει η ώρα στο schedule , πρέπει να το διαγράψεις και να το σετάρεις από την αρχή. Αλλά εντάξει, 2 φορές το χρόνο γίνεται αυτό.
I got it and I can now be away from home for a few days with peace of mind. It's very useful that it has batteries and in case of a power outage, it continues to work normally. Πολύ χρήσιμο ότι έχει και μπαταρίες και σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος συνεχίζει κανονικά. δουλεύει τέλεια με την αντίστοιχη εφαρμογή, δεν έχει αποσυνδεθεί ούτε μια φορά. το ζήτημα της ποσότητας που αναφέρουν και άλλοι ισχύει, αλλά έχει μικρές αποκλείσεις και αν δεν μετράς ακριβώς το κάθε γραμμάριο για το κατοικίδιο σου δεν χρειάζεται να σε προβληματίζει
Very sturdy construction and nice materials, easy to clean and fill up, but sometimes the food gets stuck and you have to fix it manually or press the button in person.
This machine also requires a monthly replaced filter, that you can buy for 12,90 euros per 3 from the MiStore Greece.

This whole story about the filter is nonsense. I haven't changed the filter for 3 months and there are no issues or odors.
The only small drawback is that the quantities it dispenses in each small dose are not perfectly consistent, but since you use 3-6 doses per meal, it balances out overall. For every small amount it dispenses, it makes up for it in the next one.

Το μόνο μικρό μειονέκτημα είναι ότι οι ποσότητες που βγάζει σε κάθε 1 μικροδόση δεν είναι απόλυτα σταθερές, αλλά επειδή βάζεις 3-6 σε κάθε γέυμα, συνολικά το πετυχαίνει. Για κάθε μία που βγαίνει τσιγκούνικη, αυτά που χρωστάει τα βγάζει στην επόμενη.
Very good. It has saved my hands. The only thing one should test is how many portions correspond to its food (by manually dropping food into the measuring cup 2-3 times, I already did it myself) in order to roughly drop the correct grams.
Παρά πολύ καλή. Μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια. Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να τεστάρει κανεις είναι ποσα portions αντιστοιχούν στην τροφή του (με 2-3 φορές ρίχνοντας manually τροφή στο κυπελλάκι που την μέτραγα ήδη το έκανα εγώ) ώστε να ρίχνει κατά προσέγγιση τα σωστά γραμμάρια.
Very beautiful design! Although I have an iPhone, it connected very easily because I had it in mind based on other reviews I had read! Pay attention if you have a 5ghz internet signal to switch it to 2.4 otherwise it won't connect, it says so in the instructions. It gave me a hard time the first 2 days because it was feeding at RANDOM HOURS. I had set three feedings at 7:00-14:00-21:00 and it would dispense at 6:00-12:00-18:00. I restarted the device and the app and everything was fine! Also, even though it said it doesn't work with triangular-shaped food, it works perfectly fine for me! GREAT ATTENTION to the quantities, they differ quite a bit from the ones in the app, maybe because of the shape, I don't know, but in any case, the first few days require 2-3 weighings to understand what and how! I believe that if you dedicate a little time and figure it out, it will make your life easier and keep the food fresher for longer!
Πολύ όμορφος σχεδιασμός! Παρόλο που έχω IPhone συνδέθηκε πολύ εύκολα γιατί το είχα στο μυαλό μου με βάση αλλες κριτικές που είχα διαβάσει! Προσέξτε αν έχετε σήμα internet 5ghz να το κάνετε switch σε 2.4 αλλιώς δε συνδέεται, το λένε και οι οδηγίες. Με ζορισε τις 2 πρώτες μέρες πολύ γιατί τάιζε ΟΤΙ ΩΡΕΣ ΝΑΝΑΙ. Δηλαδή είχα βάλει τρία ταΐσματα 7:00-14:00-21:00 και αυτο έριχνε 6:00-12:00:18:00. Έκανα ένα restart τη συσκευή και την εφαρμογή και όλα μια χαρά! επίσης ενώ έλεγε ότι δε λειτουργεί με τριγωνικό σχήμα τροφής εμένα βγαίνει μια χαρά! ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στις ποσότητες δλδ διαφέρουν αρκετά με αυτές τις εφαρμογής, μπορεί και λόγω σχήματος δε ξέρω πάντως τις πρώτες μέρες χρειαζονται 2-3 ζυγίσματα για να καταλάβεις τι και πως! Θεωρώ πως αν αφιερώσεις λίγο χρόνο και το βρεις μετά σου λύνει τα χέρια και κρατάει φρέσκια περισσότερο την τροφή!
Not reliable at all. Although the croquettes are small and do not cause a problem, the machine constantly gets blocked and the operation stops until the main button is pressed to start again... What's the point of having wifi and remote operation then??? Not a good purchase at all.
Καθόλου αξιόπιστη. Παρόλο που οι κροκέτες είναι μικρές και δεν δημιουργούν πρόβλημα, το μηχάνημα μπλοκάρει συνέχεια και η λειτουργία σταματά μέχρι να πατηθεί το βασικό κουμπί για να ξεκινήσει πάλι...τι νόημα έχει δηλαδή το wifi και η λειτουργία εξ αποστασεως??? Καθόλου καλή αγορά.
In use for a one month. Was difficult to connect, since it didn’t connect to the Internet. After we changed the time one hour front, the fitter didn’t change it and it stays one hour back. It doesn’t allow me to change. My cat is diabetic and he must follow the schedule, however at the moment the fitter doesn’t help at all
Very good application for handling the feeder and overall very satisfied.
However, be very careful with the portions and the quantity of food. Each portion has huge variations, and your pet may end up not eating the proper amount of food. You need to take multiple measurements to figure out the right number of portions.
The indicative grams shown by the application should not be considered at all, they have no relation to reality. You need a very accurate measurement with a scale to find the correct number of portions.
That's why I give it 3 stars because it is a very important factor. Otherwise, it is a very good feeder and it doesn't lack anything.
Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή για τον χειρισμό της ταιστρας και σε γενικές γραμμές πολύ ευχαριστημένος.
Μεγάλη προσοχή όμως στις μερίδες και στην ποσότητα τροφής. Κάθε μερίδα έχει τεράστιες αποκλίσεις, και μπορεί να καταλήξετε το κατοικίδιο σας να μην τρώει την τροφή που του αναλογεί. Πρέπει να πάρετε πολλές μετρήσεις για να βγάλετε άκρη να καταλήξετε κάπου.
Τα ενδεικτικά γραμμάρια που δείχνει η εφαρμογή μην τα υπολογίζετε καν δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα θέλει πολύ καλή μέτρημα με ζυγαριά για να βρείτε τον σωστό αριθμό μερίδων.
Είναι ο λόγος που βάζω 3 αστέρια γιατί είναι πολύ σημαντικός παράγοντας. Κατά τα άλλα είναι πολύ καλή ταιστρα και δεν της λείπει κάτι.
For me, it is important for the cat to eat a specific amount of dry food per day. I had a bad experience with this particular feeder that provided uneven amounts for the same number of portions every time (see table). My food is oval, not irregular, and within an acceptable diameter range (6-12mm). The differences were so obvious that they were visible to the naked eye. I should also note that the measurements presented in the table were made with a kitchen scale that rounds to the nearest gram. So when you see 4 grams in one case and in another, apart from possible differences in food density, the weight could be from 4.1 to 4.9 (I imagine that above 4.5, the scale rounds to 5 and not from 4.5). In any case, the volume of food dispensed by the feeder each time was completely different, and as you know, it is not regulated by weight but mechanically through the compartment. I don't know if I got a defective product, which is why I have also raised a question in the product's inquiries below. However, I was forced to return it, and to their credit, the store refunded me without a second thought.
Για εμένα είναι σημαντικό η γάτα να τρώει συγκεκριμένη ποσότητα ξηράς τροφής την ημέρα. Tην πάτησα άσχημα με την συγκεκριμένη ταίστρα που μου έδινε άνισες ποσότητες για τον ίδιο αριθμό μερίδων πάντα πχ 1 μερίδα κάθε φορά...(βλέπε πίνακα). Η τροφή μου είναι οβάλ όχι ακανόνιστη και μέσα στο εύρος αποδεκτής διαμέτρου (6-12mm). Οι διαφορές ήταν κραυγαλέες σε σημείο που ήταν ορατές με το μάτι. Να σημειώσω επίσης ότι οι ζυγίσεις που παρουσιάζονται στον πίνακα έγιναν με ζυγαριά ακριβείας κουζίνας που όμως στρογγυλοποιεί στο 1 γραμμάριο. Οπότε όταν κανείς βλέπει 4 γραμμάρια και στην μία περίπτωση και στην άλλη, πέρα απο πιθανές διαφορές στην πυκνότητα της τροφής, μπορεί το βάρος να είναι από 4,1 έως και 4,9 (φαντάζομαι ότι από εκεί και πάνωη ζυγαριά στρογγυλοποιεί στο 5 και όχι από τα 4,5). Όπως και να έχει, ο όγκος της τροφής που έβγαζε κάθε φορά η ταίστρα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικός και όπως γνωρίζετε δεν ρυθμίζεται με το βάρος η ποσότητα αλλά μηχανικά μέσω της θήκης.
Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα σε ελατωμματικό προιόν και για αυτό έχω θέσει και ερώτημα παρακάτω στις ερωτήσεις του προϊόντος. Αναγκάστηκα πάντως να την επιστρέψω, και το κατάστημα προς τιμήν του μου επέστρεψε τα χρήματα χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα.
I never believed that a pet feeder could become smart.. never say never. The product is flawless, the quality/price ratio is excellent. It can hold about one and a half kilos (maybe a little more) of dry food and has feeding programs for the hours and quantity desired by the pet owner. It serves more than one animal, which was the problem if it would happen, resulting in providing peace of mind and security. It has the pet's profile (name/weight/age) and decides on the quantity and hours. With three constantly hungry kittens, it has served me and mainly the animals have freed me from their food. A special function is the feeding of the animals in case of a power outage, using the batteries that are inserted at a point on the base. Soon enough, the living ones find each other and eat in turn, no one is left complaining. In combination with the water dispenser, it is an excellent choice.
Δεν πιστευα ποτε οτι μια ταιστρα κατοικιδιου θα μπορούσε να γινει smart.. ποτε μην λες ποτε. Το προιον ειναι αψογο, η σχεση ποιοτητας/τιμης εξαιρετικη. Χωραει περιπου εναμιση κιλο (ισως λιγο παραπανω) ξηρας τροφής και διαθετει προγραμματα σιτισης τις ωρες που θελει ο ζωοφιλος και την ποσοτητα που θελει. Εξυπηρετει περισσοτερα απο ενα ζωα, που ηταν και το προβλημα αν θα γινοταν, με αποτελεσμα να προσφερει ξενοιασια και σιγουρια. Διαθέτει προφιλ του ζωου (ονομα/κιλα/ηλικια) και αποφασιζει για την ποσοτητα και τις ωρες. Με τρια μονιμως πεινασμενα γατακια, με εχει εξυπηρετησει και κυριως τα ζωα εχουν αποδεσμευσει εμενα απο το φαγητο τους. Ιδιαιτερη ΄λειτουργια το ταισμα των ζωων ε πριπτωση που θα πεσει το ρευμα χρησιμοποιωντας τις μπαταριες που εισαγονται σε ενα σημειο της βασης. Σε λιγο καιρο, τα ζωντανα τα βρισκουν μεταξυ τους και τρωνε με την σειρα, κανεις δεν μενει παραπονεμενος. Σε συνδυασμο με την ποτιστρα ειναι μια εξαιρετικη επολογη.
Very good product for cats. Very easy to use and connected immediately with the Xiaomi app.
Sends notifications after each feeding but also for anything needed, e.g. lack of food, filter change, cleaning, etc.
Works with electricity and has battery backup in case of power outage.
The only negative is that it doesn't accurately calculate the grams it dispenses, but that has to do with the size of the kibble.
Absolutely satisfied after three months of use!

Στέλνει ειδοποιήσεις μετά το κάθε τάισμα αλλά και για ό,τι χρειαστεί, π.χ. έλλειψη τροφής, αλλαγή φίλτρου, καθάρισμα κλπ.
Λειτουργεί με ρεύμα και backup μπαταρίες σε περίπτωση διακοπής.
Το μόνο αρνητικό του είναι ότι δεν υπολογίζει σωστά τα γραμμάρια που βγάζει, όμως έχει να κάνει με το μέγεθος της κροκέτας.
Απολύτως ευχαριστημένη μετά από τρεις μήνες χρήσης!

Το αγόρασα χθες, πραγματικά σου λύνει τα χέρια. Μπορείς ακόμα και να λείψεις κάποιες ώρες παραπάνω χωρίς να ανησυχείς για το τάισμα του κατοικίδιου σου. Πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση και συνδέθηκε αμέσως με το Xiaomi app.
Very good, it has really helped me out... I’m going on vacation and I’m not worried about the little one. P.S. It takes batteries at the bottom in case of a power outage and feeds automatically according to the settings you have set beforehand.
Update almost a year later:
The “weighing” is mechanical, meaning the kibbles enter some chambers, and theoretically each chamber holds 5 grams of food. Logically, it’s impossible for exactly 5 grams to fall each time. The size of the kibble matters and how many happen to go into the chamber. You need to do tests with a scale, and personally I found that from 10 grams and up (in one feeding), the amount that falls is more accurate. My cat theoretically should eat 75g a day, which I have set to be dispensed automatically 3 times a day. I give him another 10g extra per day (5g in two presses) manually—once when I get up in the morning and once when I get home—partly because he’s fussy and asks for it, and partly to make up for any mistakes in the scale’s measurements. In conclusion, it’s a wonderful and quality machine, but only as accurate as its technology allows. Through your own measurements and tests with your pet, you’ll eventually figure out how many times a day and how much the feeder should dispense. Our pets are living beings, not machines or cars, they’re not all the same, there’s no manual for feeding them. Don’t stress above all—whether they eat 5g more or less a day, nothing will happen, they won’t starve or become obese in 1-2 months. You’ll weigh them during this trial period until you get used to the feeder, and you’ll figure out how you should use it. This small hassle is definitely worth it when you consider you won’t have to worry about their food if something urgent comes up or if they need to stay alone for a day or two.
πολύ καλή, μου δει λύσει τα χερια.. θα φύγω διακοπές και δεν αγχώνομαι για το μικρό. ΥΓ παίρνει μπαταρίες από κάτω σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος ταΐζει αυτόματα στις ρυθμίσεις που έχετε θέσει από πριν.

Η "ζυγιση" είναι μηχανική, δηλαδή, εισέρχονται οι κροκέτες σε κάποιους θαλάμους που θεωρητικά ο κάθε θάλαμος χωράει 5 γραμμάρια τροφής. Βάση λογικής αποκλείεται να πέσουν 5 γραμμάρια ακριβώς. Παίζει ρόλο το μέγεθος της κροκετας και ποσα θα τύχει να μπουν μέσα στο θάλαμο. Πρέπει να κάνετε δοκιμές με ζυγαριά και προσωπικά βρήκα πως από 10 γραμμάρια και πάνω (σε ένα ταισμα) είναι πιο ακριβής η ποσότητα που θα πέσει. Εμένα ο γάτος μου θεωρητικά πρέπει να τρώει την ημέρα 75γρ τα οποία τα έχω αυτόματα 3 φορές τη μέρα. Του δίνω αλλά 10γρ έξτρα την ημέρα (από 5γρ σε δύο πατηματα) χειροκίνητα μια φορά όταν σηκώνομαι το πρωι και μια φορά όταν γυρνάω σπίτι αφενός γιατί είναι γκρινιάρης και μου ζητάει αφετέρου για να προλάβω τυχόν λάθος στις μετρήσεις της ζυγαριάς. Εν κατακλείδι είναι υπέροχο μηχάνημα και ποιοτικό αλλά ακριβές όσο του επιτρέπει η τεχνολογία του. Μέσα από δικές σας μετρήσεις και δοκιμές με το ζώο σας θα καταλήξετε με τον καιρό στο πόσες φορές τη μέρα και από ποσό πρέπει να ρίχνει η ζυγαριά. Τα ζωάκια μας είναι ζωντανοί οργανισμοί, δεν είναι μηχανάκια και αυτοκίνητα, δεν είναι όλα ίδια, δεν υπάρχει μανουαλ για το τάισμα τους. Μην αγχώνεστε πάνω απ όλα είτε τρώνε 5γρ παραπάνω τη μέρα είτε 5γρ λιγότερο δεν θα πάθουν κάτι δεν θα λιμοκτονησουν ούτε θα γίνουν παχύσαρκα σε 1-2 μήνες. Θα τα ζυγίζετε αυτή τη δοκιμαστική περίοδο μέχρι να εξοικιωθειτε με την ταιστρα και θα καταλήξετε στο πως πρέπει να την δουλεύετε. Αυτή η μικρή ταλαιπωρία βέβαια αξίζει αν σκεφτείτε πως δεν θα έχετε την έγνοια του όσον αφορά το φαγητό αν τύχει κάτι έκτακτο ή αν χρειαστεί να μείνει και μόνο του για μια δυο μέρες.
The machine is very practical for someone who wants to feed multiple times a day but needs to be away from home for work or goes to bed early, but your carnivorous cat "hunts" mainly at night.
I have set up a feeding schedule and have been running it continuously for a month now. It did not need reprogramming unless I wanted to change a feeding myself. It has an option to dispense food manually on the spot. The app is very simple to use, just be careful! Because the grams it says it dispenses have a small deviation of about 3-4 grams less (I weighed it several times to check), so if you want to do specific feedings you may need to increase the size of the portions so that it matches reality. An extra is that at first it tried to bite it open but the construction is strong and it withstood without a scratch or any mark and without opening!!
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ πρακτικό για κάποιο που θέλει να κάνει πολλές φορές τάισμα μέσα στην ημέρα αλλά χρειάζεται να λείπει από το σπίτι για να εργαστεί ή κοιμάται νωρίς, αλλά ο καρνιβορας γάτος σας "κυνηγάει" κατεξοχήν το βράδυ.
Έχω βάλει πρόγραμμα ταισματος και το λειτουργώ συνεχόμενα ένα μήνα τώρα. Δεν χρειάστηκε επαναπρογραμματισμό εκτός και αν ήθελα εγώ να αλλάξω κάποιο τάισμα. έχει επιλογή να ρίξεις τροφή και χειροκίνητα επί τόπου. Το app είναι πολύ απλό στην χρήση μόνο προσοχή! γιατί τα γραμμάρια που λέει ότι ρίχνει έχουν μια μικρή απόκλιση της τάξεως των 3-4 γρ μείον(τα ζύγισα πολλές φορές για να το τσεκαρω), οπότε αν θέλετε να κάνετε συγκεκριμένα ταισματα ίσως χρειαστεί να ανεβάσετε το μέγεθος των portions=μερίδων ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα. Έξτρα είναι ότι στην αρχή προσπάθησε να το δαγκώσει για να το ανοίξει αλλά η κατασκευή είναι δυνατή και άντεξε χωρίς γρατζουνιά ή άλλο σημάδι και χωρίς να ανοίξει!!
After almost 3 years of uninterrupted operation, I can say that it is reliable. Lately, the mechanism struggles when I fill the container more than 2/3 full.

Honest choice and clearly VFM for use with a cat on dry food.
It does not measure the quantity with absolute accuracy in grams, it works approximately, where one "dispense" corresponds to about 5g. However, for daily management it is sufficient, especially if you have already calculated the total daily consumption.
• You can create as many feeding scenarios as you want.
• You set how often it will dispense food and how many grams (via "dispenses").
• It has indicators (LED) for:
• internet connection
• low food level
• It includes a filter to protect the food (humidity/oxidation).
• Stable and reliable operation.
For a cat that eats dry food and needs schedule/quantity control without being obsessed with absolute gram accuracy, it is a very good choice in its price category.

Δεν μετράει την ποσότητα με απόλυτη ακρίβεια σε γραμμάρια, λειτουργεί με προσέγγιση, όπου ένα «ρίξιμο» αντιστοιχεί περίπου σε 5g. Για καθημερινή διαχείριση όμως είναι επαρκές, ειδικά αν έχεις ήδη υπολογίσει τη συνολική ημερήσια κατανάλωση.
