      Seeing the good reviews, I wonder if I have ended up with a faulty product! I have had the vacuum for a year and a half. From the very beginning, it started working for 10 to 15 minutes at most and then it would turn off. After that, to get it started again, it needs at least 15-20 minutes of waiting. That means for a 70 sqm house, to complete the cleaning, it can turn off 3 or 4 times and take me 3-4 hours to deal with the vacuum. In terms of suction power, it initially pulled much better than it does today. I have cleaned it many times, almost after every use. I have blown it out with a machine everywhere to make sure nothing is stuck anywhere, but it continues the same routine. I took it to Miele's service (under warranty) and of course, the response I received is that the vacuum has nothing wrong with it. They changed one filter and cleaned the board at a cost of €70 for both. The vacuum continues to perform the same.
