Polacryl 301 polyurethane waterproofing for wood & cement is a special polyurethane chemical product with high penetrability and great adhesion to absorbent substrates. It has high resistance to mechanical stress and abrasion. It is transparent, UV-resistant, and does not yellow. It has high resistance to marine and coastal environments. It can be applied to any porous surface such as wood, concrete, cement, brick, that needs waterproofing.

It has the ability to insulate and stabilize absorbent substrates while allowing the surface to breathe. It can be used for waterproofing wooden boats, as well as any wooden surface with high demands. Suitable for stabilizing loose surfaces on floors and walls, as well as for protecting floors with heavy loads, oils, etc.

Application & Use: Surfaces must be clean and dry from resins, oils, loose old paints, dust, and sanded with appropriate sandpaper. The surface moisture should not exceed 18%. Apply after good shaking and stirring. The number of layers depends on the porosity of the surface. Apply the next layer when the previous one has become tacky to the touch. POLACRYL 301 penetrates the surface and seals it (1-3mm, depending on porosity). For greater protection of wooden surfaces, it is recommended to apply 2-3 layers of POLACRYL 301 and then follow with 2 layers of POLACRYL 345.

Method: It is ready to use. Apply with a roller, brush, or spray gun. Minimum application temperature 10°C. Avoid application at temperatures higher than 30°C.
