    Nice cream, relieves symptoms but does not heal completely. What takes away many stars from it is the nozzle that has inside which goes into the anus, which has notches that are not "cleanly" cut and the protruding plastics scratch and irritate the area, and create extra pain

For mild conditions at least, like mine, without any bleeding, I believe it is suitable. For more severe forms of hemorrhoids, I cannot say for sure.
