2/8/2023 One week approximately in my possession and I'm trying to find the time it takes. In the photos you can see:
1) 450 gr. potatoes (weighed, cleaned, and cut, ready for baking)
2) How they were after 15' at 200°C. Take into account that I preheated the empty fryer for 5' at 200°C.
3) Because I wanted them more crispy, I left them for another 5'. So here you can see how they were at 20' total on one side (plus 5' preheating, we have 25' so far) and then I flipped them.
4) How the other side was after 15'.
5) The portion on the plate (I placed my palm next to it for comparison).
Overall, it took 40' to achieve the result you see, which I would describe as "oven-fried" potatoes and definitely not fried as we know them in the pan. They are closer to oven-fried type, which I find absolutely logical.
In short, so far I haven't been thrilled. I expected it to cook faster, but the big advantage I see so far (aside from the healthy cooking, of course) is the very easy cleaning of the device (I do it with kitchen paper) and the fact that there is no mess in the kitchen with oils flying around. Also, I don't know how, but the odors are minimal when cooking, so that's another plus.
I will come back with an update for other foods.

1) 450 γρ. πατάτες (ζυγισμένες καθαρισμένες και κομμένες, έτοιμες για ψήσιμο δηλ)
2) Πως ήταν έπειτα από 15' στους 200β. Λάβετε υπόψη σας ότι είχα προθερμάνει άδεια τη φριτέζα για 5' στους 200β.
3) Επειδή τις ήθελα περισσότερο ξεροψημένες, τις έβαλα για 5' ακόμη. Δηλ εδώ βλέπετε πως ήταν στα 20' σύνολο η μια πλευρά (συν 5' προθέρμανση, έχουμε 25' ως τώρα) και έπειτα τις ανακάτεψα
4) Πως ήταν η άλλη πλευρά έπειτα από 15'
5) Η μερίδα στο πιάτο (έβαλα δίπλα την παλάμη μου για να έχετε το μέτρο σύγκρισης).
Συνολικά δηλ χρειάστηκε 40' για να βγει το αποτέλεσμα που βλέπετε το οποίο θα χαρακτήριζα ως "τύπου τηγανιτές" πατάτες και σε καμία περίπτωση τηγανιτές όπως τις ξέρουμε στο τηγάνι. Πιο πολύ πλησιάζουν στις "τηγανιτές" τύπου φούρνου, κάτι που βρίσκω απολύτως λογικό.
Εν ολίγοις μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχω ξετρελαθεί. Περίμενα να μαγειρεύει πιο γρήγορα όμως το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα που βλέπω ως τώρα (εκτός από το υγιεινό μαγείρεμα φυσικά) είναι το πολύ εύκολο καθάρισμα της συσκευής (με χαρτί κουζίνας την κάνω) και το γεγονός ότι δεν γίνεται ο χαμός στην κουζίνα με τα λάδια να πετάγονται από δω κι από κει. Επίσης δεν ξέρω πως γίνεται αλλά οι οσμές είναι ελάχιστες όταν μαγειρεύει οπότε στα συν κι αυτό.

I bought it for my mother and she is very satisfied! The few times I have used it, I was also satisfied. It makes the potatoes very nice and when I tried to make calamari rings, they were tastier and crispier than in the frying pan!

One week in my possession I had read about several and I concluded that I wanted a square bin and not a round one because all these bake surface and not depth so another 5.5lt in a pipe and another in a baking dish.
Now about this one.
-Impressed by its construction, with good material and finish. It doesn't heat up on the outside, so you can touch it comfortably, especially for those who have children.
-The bin locks well with a "click" and doesn't come off at all, unlike others I saw up close. It is very easy to clean and its non-stick coating is impressive for now. The switches are of good quality without giving you the feeling of cheap plastic.
-Also, because I had read about plastic smells, etc. from others, personally I didn't smell anything and I worked it for 2*20 minutes before cooking for safety. Then, when I saw some friends because I hadn't noticed it at first, it doesn't have plastic on the inside but stainless steel, so it doesn't have plastic parts to burn.
-Now, as for times, etc. I have nothing to say... like all based on the comments I have read about the various models.
-As for the potatoes that interest many, personally I put 5-6 large ones, i.e. for 3 people. Of course, it can fit more, but it will take more time. The impressions are very good, they look fried and the taste is different (75% resemble fried ones). Personally, I liked them much more now than fried ones and they are more enjoyable to eat without the bloating of frying oil. Of course, tastes differ.
-The external bin and internal bin are metallic because I had seen some with plastic on the outside.
-I don't intend to bake fish or meat, maybe just a fillet out of curiosity. Personally, I grill meat and fish on a grill, unless it's for larger quantities of oven dishes, etc. For 1 person to put their potatoes and 2 burgers, it's perfect. But I can say that it can do all the accessories like potatoes, cheese pies, personal pizzas, grilled vegetables, etc

Μία εβδομάδα στην κατοχή μου είχα διαβάσει για αρκετές κατέληξα ότι ήθελα με τετράγωνο κάδο και όχι στρόγγυλο διότι όλες αυτές ψήνουν επιφάνεια και όχι βάθος οπότε άλλο 5.5λτ σε σωλήνα και άλλο σε ταψί.
Τώρα για την συγκεκριμένη.
-Εντυπωσιασμένος από την κατασκευή της, με καλό υλικό-φινίρισμα. Δεν ζεσταίνεται απ΄ έξω ιδιαίτερα δηλαδή άνετα την αγγίζεις ειδικά για αυτούς που έχουν παιδιά.
-Ο κάδος κουμπώνει με ''κλακ'' καλά και δεν βγαίνει με το παραμικρό όπως με άλλες που είδα από κοντά.
Καθαρίζεται πανεύκολα και το αντικολλητικό του είναι εντυπωσιακό προς το παρόν. Οι διακόπτες καλής ποιότητας χωρίς να σου περνάνε την αίσθηση φθηνοπλαστικού.
-Επίσης επειδή είχα διαβάσει για μυρωδιές πλαστικού κλπ από άλλες προσωπικά εμένα δεν μου μύρισε τίποτα και την δούλεψα 2*20λεπτά πριν μαγειρέψω για σιγουριά, έπειτα που είδα και κάποιων φίλων επειδή δεν το χα παρατηρήσει στην αρχή, εσωτερικά δεν έχει πλαστικό αλλά ινοξ οπότε δεν έχει πλαστικά κομμάτια να καούν.
-Τώρα για χρόνους κλπ δεν έχω να πω κάτι ....όπως όλες με βάση τα σχόλια που έχω διαβάσει για τα διάφορα μοντέλα.
-Όσον αφορά τις πατάτες που ενδιαφέρει πολλούς, προσωπικά έβαλα 5-6 μεγάλες μεγάλες δλδ για 3 άτομα, φυσικά χωράει και παραπάνω αλλά θα πάρει περισσότερη ώρα, οι εντυπώσεις πολύ καλές στην όψη είναι τηγανιτές στην γεύση είναι διαφορετικές (75% πλησιάζουν τις τηγανιτές) προσωπικά μου άρεσαν πολύ περισσότερο τώρα απ ότι οι τηγανιτές και τρώγονται πιο ευχάριστα χωρίς τα φουσκώματα του τηγανόλαδου βέβαια γούστα είναι αυτά.
-Ο εξωτερικό κάδος και εσωτερικός κάδος είναι μεταλλικοί γιατί είχα δει και κάποιες με πλαστικό τον εξωτερικό.
-Δεν έχω σκοπό να ψήσω ψάρι ούτε κρέας ίσως δοκιμαστικά κανά φιλέτο από περιέργεια, προσωπικά ψήνω σε ψησταριά κρέατα και ψάρια εκτός αν είναι για πιο μεγάλες ποσότητες φαγητά φούρνου κλπ.
Για 1 άτομο να βάλει τις πατάτες του και 2 μπιφτέκια είναι κομπλέ. Μπορώ όμως να πω ότι μπορεί να κάνει όλα τα παρελκόμενα όπως πατάτες, τυροπιτάκια, ατομική πίτσα, ψητά λαχανικά κλπ

Συνολικά δηλ χρειάστηκε 40' για να βγει το αποτέλεσμα που βλέπετε το οποίο θα χαρακτήριζα ως "τύπου τηγανιτές" πατάτες και σε καμία περίπτωση τηγανιτές όπως τις ξέρουμε στο τηγάνι. Πιο πολύ πλησιάζουν στις "τηγανιτές" τύπου φούρνου, κάτι που βρίσκω απολύτως λογικό.
Εν ολίγοις μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχω ξετρελαθεί. Περίμενα να μαγειρεύει πιο γρήγορα όμως το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα που βλέπω ως τώρα (εκτός από το υγιεινό μαγείρεμα φυσικά) είναι το πολύ εύκολο καθάρισμα της συσκευής (με χαρτί κουζίνας την κάνω) και το γεγονός ότι δεν γίνεται ο χαμός στην κουζίνα με τα λάδια να πετάγονται από δω κι από κει. Επίσης δεν ξέρω πως γίνεται αλλά οι οσμές είναι ελάχιστες όταν μαγειρεύει οπότε στα συν κι αυτό.
Θα επανέλθω με update και για άλλα φαγητά.

I bought it for my mother and she is very satisfied! The few times I have used it, I was also satisfied. It makes the potatoes very nice and when I tried to make calamari rings, they were tastier and crispier than in the frying pan!

One week in my possession I had read about several and I concluded that I wanted a square bin and not a round one because all these bake surface and not depth so another 5.5lt in a pipe and another in a baking dish.
Now about this one.
-Impressed by its construction, with good material and finish. It doesn't heat up on the outside, so you can touch it comfortably, especially for those who have children.
-The bin locks well with a "click" and doesn't come off at all, unlike others I saw up close. It is very easy to clean and its non-stick coating is impressive for now. The switches are of good quality without giving you the feeling of cheap plastic.
-Also, because I had read about plastic smells, etc. from others, personally I didn't smell anything and I worked it for 2*20 minutes before cooking for safety. Then, when I saw some friends because I hadn't noticed it at first, it doesn't have plastic on the inside but stainless steel, so it doesn't have plastic parts to burn.
-Now, as for times, etc. I have nothing to say... like all based on the comments I have read about the various models.
-As for the potatoes that interest many, personally I put 5-6 large ones, i.e. for 3 people. Of course, it can fit more, but it will take more time. The impressions are very good, they look fried and the taste is different (75% resemble fried ones). Personally, I liked them much more now than fried ones and they are more enjoyable to eat without the bloating of frying oil. Of course, tastes differ.
-The external bin and internal bin are metallic because I had seen some with plastic on the outside.
-I don't intend to bake fish or meat, maybe just a fillet out of curiosity. Personally, I grill meat and fish on a grill, unless it's for larger quantities of oven dishes, etc. For 1 person to put their potatoes and 2 burgers, it's perfect. But I can say that it can do all the accessories like potatoes, cheese pies, personal pizzas, grilled vegetables, etc

Μία εβδομάδα στην κατοχή μου είχα διαβάσει για αρκετές κατέληξα ότι ήθελα με τετράγωνο κάδο και όχι στρόγγυλο διότι όλες αυτές ψήνουν επιφάνεια και όχι βάθος οπότε άλλο 5.5λτ σε σωλήνα και άλλο σε ταψί.
Τώρα για την συγκεκριμένη.
-Εντυπωσιασμένος από την κατασκευή της, με καλό υλικό-φινίρισμα. Δεν ζεσταίνεται απ΄ έξω ιδιαίτερα δηλαδή άνετα την αγγίζεις ειδικά για αυτούς που έχουν παιδιά.
-Ο κάδος κουμπώνει με ''κλακ'' καλά και δεν βγαίνει με το παραμικρό όπως με άλλες που είδα από κοντά.
Καθαρίζεται πανεύκολα και το αντικολλητικό του είναι εντυπωσιακό προς το παρόν. Οι διακόπτες καλής ποιότητας χωρίς να σου περνάνε την αίσθηση φθηνοπλαστικού.
-Επίσης επειδή είχα διαβάσει για μυρωδιές πλαστικού κλπ από άλλες προσωπικά εμένα δεν μου μύρισε τίποτα και την δούλεψα 2*20λεπτά πριν μαγειρέψω για σιγουριά, έπειτα που είδα και κάποιων φίλων επειδή δεν το χα παρατηρήσει στην αρχή, εσωτερικά δεν έχει πλαστικό αλλά ινοξ οπότε δεν έχει πλαστικά κομμάτια να καούν.
-Τώρα για χρόνους κλπ δεν έχω να πω κάτι ....όπως όλες με βάση τα σχόλια που έχω διαβάσει για τα διάφορα μοντέλα.
-Όσον αφορά τις πατάτες που ενδιαφέρει πολλούς, προσωπικά έβαλα 5-6 μεγάλες μεγάλες δλδ για 3 άτομα, φυσικά χωράει και παραπάνω αλλά θα πάρει περισσότερη ώρα, οι εντυπώσεις πολύ καλές στην όψη είναι τηγανιτές στην γεύση είναι διαφορετικές (75% πλησιάζουν τις τηγανιτές) προσωπικά μου άρεσαν πολύ περισσότερο τώρα απ ότι οι τηγανιτές και τρώγονται πιο ευχάριστα χωρίς τα φουσκώματα του τηγανόλαδου βέβαια γούστα είναι αυτά.
-Ο εξωτερικό κάδος και εσωτερικός κάδος είναι μεταλλικοί γιατί είχα δει και κάποιες με πλαστικό τον εξωτερικό.
-Δεν έχω σκοπό να ψήσω ψάρι ούτε κρέας ίσως δοκιμαστικά κανά φιλέτο από περιέργεια, προσωπικά ψήνω σε ψησταριά κρέατα και ψάρια εκτός αν είναι για πιο μεγάλες ποσότητες φαγητά φούρνου κλπ.
Για 1 άτομο να βάλει τις πατάτες του και 2 μπιφτέκια είναι κομπλέ. Μπορώ όμως να πω ότι μπορεί να κάνει όλα τα παρελκόμενα όπως πατάτες, τυροπιτάκια, ατομική πίτσα, ψητά λαχανικά κλπ

2/8/2023 One week approximately in my possession and I'm trying to find the time it takes. In the photos you can see:
1) 450 gr. potatoes (weighed, cleaned, and cut, ready for baking)
2) How they were after 15' at 200°C. Take into account that I preheated the empty fryer for 5' at 200°C.
3) Because I wanted them more crispy, I left them for another 5'. So here you can see how they were at 20' total on one side (plus 5' preheating, we have 25' so far) and then I flipped them.
4) How the other side was after 15'.
5) The portion on the plate (I placed my palm next to it for comparison).
Overall, it took 40' to achieve the result you see, which I would describe as "oven-fried" potatoes and definitely not fried as we know them in the pan. They are closer to oven-fried type, which I find absolutely logical.
In short, so far I haven't been thrilled. I expected it to cook faster, but the big advantage I see so far (aside from the healthy cooking, of course) is the very easy cleaning of the device (I do it with kitchen paper) and the fact that there is no mess in the kitchen with oils flying around. Also, I don't know how, but the odors are minimal when cooking, so that's another plus.
I will come back with an update for other foods.
2/8/2023 Μια εβδομάδα περίπου στην κατοχή μου και δοκιμάζω να βρω το χρόνο που χρειάζεται. Στις φωτος βλέπετε:
1) 450 γρ. πατάτες (ζυγισμένες καθαρισμένες και κομμένες, έτοιμες για ψήσιμο δηλ)
2) Πως ήταν έπειτα από 15' στους 200β. Λάβετε υπόψη σας ότι είχα προθερμάνει άδεια τη φριτέζα για 5' στους 200β.
3) Επειδή τις ήθελα περισσότερο ξεροψημένες, τις έβαλα για 5' ακόμη. Δηλ εδώ βλέπετε πως ήταν στα 20' σύνολο η μια πλευρά (συν 5' προθέρμανση, έχουμε 25' ως τώρα) και έπειτα τις ανακάτεψα
4) Πως ήταν η άλλη πλευρά έπειτα από 15'
5) Η μερίδα στο πιάτο (έβαλα δίπλα την παλάμη μου για να έχετε το μέτρο σύγκρισης).
