The Asustor Lockerstor 4 Gen2 NAS combines four HDD, M.2 and SSD bays with a quad-core Intel Celeron N5105 processor. It supports setting up a personal cloud, automatic backups and streaming content to devices with network access. The two Ethernet ports can be used for data transfers or as a failover connection.

The drive bays support hot swapping, while RAID options include RAID 0, 1, 10, 5 and 6, Basic and JBOD. The NAS does not include built-in drives. Storage applications include backup, cloud, FTP, file, mail, multimedia, surveillance and VPN services.
