Bostik Den Braven 1001D acrylic sealant forms a soft, plasto-elastic seal with very good adhesion once cured. It is used for joints between aluminium or wooden window and door frames and masonry, as well as joints between interior stairs and walls, ceilings and walls, skirting boards and windowsills. It is suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Once fully cured, it can be painted with water-based or synthetic paints. Painting it too early may cause the paint to crack as the material shrinks. Before application, surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease or lubricants. The product is almost odourless and does not corrode metals.
