Fusilli by Alce Nero, made from excellent durum wheat semolina. The organic three-color fusilli are a source of dietary fibers and are ideal for unique dishes or tomato-based meals. Their characteristic spiral shape traps sauces, perfectly pairing with homemade pesto or rich tomato or cheese sauces.

Preparation Method:

• Ensure the water is boiling vigorously before adding the pasta.
• Add salt just before boiling, preferably coarse salt.
• For 5 liters of water, estimate 1 tablespoon of salt.
• Cook the pasta over high heat in an uncovered pot, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
• Follow the cooking time indicated on the packaging.
