OstroVit Omega 3 softgels combine cod liver oil and fish oil. Each capsule contains 1,000 mg of omega-3, including the fatty acids DHA and EPA, as well as vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Omega-3 is associated with vision, memory and concentration, while DHA is a structural component of the cell membranes of the retina and nerve cells. This product is intended for healthy adults and is not a substitute for a varied diet.
